That stinks! Oh no! There isn't a return policy at NM so you don't need to feel pressured to return it. Just text her when you feel like it. If it's her day off, she may not even check her phone so she wouldn't get back to you until later anyway.

Thank you for the reply. I'm so sad!!!! I'm glad to hear that NM will be good about a return. I guess I've been so lucky in the past that everything works out with my purchases. I guess I need to quit my pouting, but I love them so much. :smile1:

Neimans has an excellent return policy. I've ordered 3 different pair of CL shoes online and had to return them due to fit (I now realize CL shoes just are not made for my feet) and each time I returned to the store, they didn't even look in the box. Didn't look at the bottom of the shoes, didn't look to see if the extra taps or dustbag were in there or anything. It almost scares me because what if someone returned a fake and they resold it. Hopefully they know how to detect these things. But they most definitely will let you return with no questions asked.

Thank you!!! I decided to text my SA. She said that she would let her manager know and that I can just return them. Sigh....I'm still pouting. lol

OMG I really hope this is not a common issue :( I am sure they will take care of you. Glad it happened before you wore them but this worries me what if you had worn them?! I had to return a pair of espadrilles to Nord because of the same issue after 6 months I had only worn them like 6 times too (not chanel) :/

My Neimans SA told me these can be cleaned by dry cleaning method. Actually he told me he would clean them for me if I brought them in.

I have a question to all espadrilles experts😃: I would have a chance to buy a preloved ones (almost unworn) for a 400.- Euros. Should I go for it? They are white linen with black leather cap. Thanks again 💐

Kyriemarie, I am your size and from what it looks like we have kind of the same feet. I am getting a new pair probably by Tuesday and by the advice of my wonderful SA she told me to get my true size 37. I will let you know once I get them:) I have the canvas white/black and they are 37 and super comfy so you know!
