I picked up my Baby Pink pair from Chanel in Short Hills today!

I love them but, once again I am being picky.

First off, it was missing the shoe bag.

Secondly, the left pair looks slightly different from the right pair. The toe box looks pointier and less round.

And lastly (and most importantly), there is a small pen mark inside the left shoe.

I already own the ivory/black leather so I knew my size. I only tried on the right shoe in the store and did not "inspect" them. I am really surprised to experience this, as I didn't think I'd have to "inspect" a Chanel product before leaving the store.

Would you exchange?

I can't see what you mean about the toe. If they have another pair in your size, I maybe would ask to exchange and also for a shoe bag. If they don't have another pair, I probably would keep and ask them to give me 2 shoe bags. Lol

I am an OCD person and perfectionist I admit! So I understand and can see the slight difference on the toe box. Even then, if it was because of that alone, it's so minor that I would probably would not exchange them but, IMHO since one have a pen mark (that bothers me sorry😬) and you still need to go back for the dust bag, I would just exchange them for a perfect pair 😊 btw, they are gorgeous congrats!!!!

IMHO....I would probably buy them as long as I have them authenticated and they are in good condition as you are saying. GL and do not forget to authenticate always first!

Congrats I can't wait to see your pics! Btw, I think you did the right thing ordering 38. I had three different SA's telling me they run true to size and for the ppl with 1/2 sizes like you to go up 1/2 size. I am US 7 and I just ordered 37 hopefully they will fit well:)

I cannot see the difference in the toebox, however if you are unhappy then do exchange if they have your size and get yourself the dust bag too. These are gorgeousssss espadrilles though so congrats! :love:

Thank you!! 😘 They should fit you perfectly, not too tight like last season's suede (which are impossible to slip on and leave marks on my feet...). The red are soo pretty, can't wait to see yours 😉

I've ordered 3 different pair of CL shoes online and had to return them due to fit (I now realize CL shoes just are not made for my feet) and each time I returned to the store, they didn't even look in the box. Didn't look at the bottom of the shoes, didn't look to see if the extra taps or dustbag were in there or anything. It almost scares me because what if someone returned a fake and they resold it. Hopefully they know how to detect these things. But they most definitely will let you return with no questions asked.

I'm so excited. I got the 39's in red from PS Dept....which seriously is a cool app. I can't wait to get em but I also got the beige all leather which I bought because I thought I wouldn't get ahold of the red lol but now I have both coming. I don't know which to keep hahaha of course if I had my way i would keep both...BUT i can't. I already have the all black leather. I love the red but beige is a staple color too....decision decisions
