Ooh that colours pretty 😍 I love both my dark khaki green and bright parrot green 22 in medium size. I sold my small tweed burgundy 22 as I found the leather to be harder wearing even though tweed looked stunning

I've been eyeing the Chanel 22 small size for quite some time but am not sure if it's worth getting. I know when the bag was initially released, a lot of people had issues with the leather especially where it rubs against the chains and have seen people's hardwares (particularly the letters) falling off. I believe they may have made some improvements since then but wanted what are people's thoughts after owning bag and if they recommend it or not!
If I do pull the trigger, I am thinking of getting it in black with silver hardware as less likely to get color transfer however also would like to hear people who own it in lighter colors if they have had issues with color transfers and what not.
I'm located in Australia so options aren't that much in terms of stock (and secondhand)! Thank you!

It was worth it to me, love the 22! I got small black ghw late 2023, I think they had improved the design by then? I use it all the time (errands, gym, thrown under stroller etc), no corner or other wear. I am tempted to add a white but my SA is discouraging me, says it will get dirty and show wear quickly…Have fun deciding! Would loved in silver too!

I'm not sure if the bag I got may have been a slight difference but all the photos I've seen online, you can see the stitches intersecting right next to the 'A' and the 'N' is just right underneath the stitches. However the bag that I got (black with silver), the N is above the stitches and the A is also sitting right on the crossing. Wondering if the newer bags are like this? I messaged my SA and she said all the others bags in store have different letter placement but all the photos I've seen online aren't like that?

I am like a lot of you. When it was first released, I did not like it but now I think it’ll be the best bag for me. I just got a small calfskin with Ghw. It’s new to me so I was surprised how coated the leather is. I remember seeing reviews of the leather being buttery but mine isn’t buttery as much as it is very shiny and firm. I am glad that it is t too delicate since I don’t baby my bags but shocked at the quality of the leather and now afraid of it being fake. Can anyone speak to the leather of their bag please?
I would like to know the leather quality as well! Thinking of getting one in size small to use as a everyday bag but not sure about the leather. Visited the store last week and was a bit disappointed on the leather of some of the bags they had on display. 
I don't think the leather is of poor quality at all. I think that they have treated the leather exactly as it is needed for such an unstructured bag that is meant for everyday use. I have had a So Black Medium 22 for a year now, and it has aged exceedingly well. I can see no noticeable wear to the leather or the hardware, but the leather has softened over time giving it more of a lived in slouchy feel. It is my most used bag and loved the it so much I got it another color. I'd think with how well the bag is holding up with such consistent wear that speaks to the high quality of the leather and construction.
I just bought a white mini, it's scrumptious smooth calfskin! I will be carrying it a lot this spring summer, so I can't comment on the wear yet, but the leather is divine imo.
