I feel like I should have only one 22 bag and use the fund for other style but the black 22 is being used daily for 6 months! It’s the most used bag I ever owned. Plus I got the second one at a reasonable price from a reseller. Here she is, 22A metallic pink Small. They have different finish (shiny vs metallic) and hardware (brushed gold vs shiny copper) Surprisingly the metallic pink is not as glossy as my 22K black shiny calfskin

I'm not into logo mania, so on my pink tweed the letter disappear and I feel super comfortable wearing it out, very informal.
It's the small size and fits my 13inch MacBook and it feels very well protected.
And I just love love the colours

Hello Community! I have a question on a corner wear. Unfortunately my shiny calfskin medium 22 showed visible corner wear after 1 use. I'm not sure what to do - it will bother me, especially if it gets worse. Shall I take it back to Chanel? Any success with escalation? I'm in the UK.

I just dealt with the same issue on my small black 22. I had noticeable corner wear on all four (!!) corners (so it wasn’t just from rubbing against my body). I owned the bag for two weeks and carried maybe five times. I knew the quality issues going into the purchase but never expected it was this bad.
Chanel accepted the return after a lot of pushback on my part. They were trying to tell me it was just normal “wear and tear”. I would return asap if I were you! It’s only going to get worse.
I have it in the 23c green bought in early December and I love it so much. It was kinda stiff at first but over time has softened and more slouchy and feels so nice. I don’t see any wear on the corners or by the the chain. I have used it maybe 20 times and even had it stuffed tight into a small suitcase next to a large theragun for a few days while road tripping.
Yes you do. Just be persistent and do not let the Sa or manager tell you it's normal wear and tear. There's complaints all over social media platforms about these bags. The bag is defective and this is totally unacceptable. Good luck.
How was the corner damage? Was it big and noticeable? Mine also had some corner wear, but I have had it for about half a year and only recently noticed it. The corner wear on my bag is pretty small and barely noticeable, so I guess I’m fine with it for now, but I may have to bring it to Chanel later on and ask about their spa service.
