Like that episode of friends when Ross over did it on the white strips!!! LOL!Wow! What a difference veneers and gum surgery can make. I just wish they'd dial down the white just a bit. I bet some of these ladies and gents can glow in the dark.![]()
They're veneers because they're not shiny anymore. Real teeth catch the light.Christie Brinkley
Not sure what work she did to her teeth. Whiteners only? Veneers? They look the same but whiter.
I would love to hear more about this if you wanted to share How many did you have done, have they ever detached, how long do they last etc?I'm not a celebrity and have veneers. Something I always wanted to do, did it and love them. And of course people want white veneers, you don't spend tens of thousands of dollars to get yellowing teeth. [emoji16]
I have 10 upper veneers. I've had them 3.5 years. They are very strong, but they can pop off and yes I have had one come off. There are habits you may need to change, never open anything with your teeth, chew on pencils or anything sharp, bite into very hard things. I don't bite into apples any more, I cut them up. I don't eat corn on the cob (one of my favorites) I cut it off. If you're a tooth clencher or grinder you'll want a night guard made. Regular brushing and flossing and you're good to go.I would love to hear more about this if you wanted to share How many did you have done, have they ever detached, how long do they last etc?

Welcome! Oh, and I've seen very well made veneers last for years and years. If it's something you ever look into doing please research the heck out of the dentist. There are all kinds of varying degrees of how good their work is. You want the one that doesn't bring up $ until you do, having personal references is always the best and asking to see pictures of the cases they've done is good too. [emoji846]Thanks for sharing!
I’m interested to know what it feels like. I wouldn’t have a clue but I know when I once got acrylics, it felt like cement adhered to my nail bed. Couldn’t wait to get rid of them. I just can’t imagine what it would feel like to have something permanently stuck to my teeth?I'm not a celebrity and have veneers. Something I always wanted to do, did it and love them.
