Aww thank you! My love fits loose and snug
Loose enough to be comfortable and snug enough not to spin Which is the point. A lot of people are not aware that the love is actually and oval ish design and the point is to fit snug to prevent spinning

Today I went for a cord change as I wanted a blue cord. This time around, the SA left a bit of the cord sticking out at the ends, instead of tucking it into the knot fully. I think this way it’s less likely to undo by itself and may be more durable

Funny u say that! Cause u actually changed mine cause it was in the knot and not sticking out - I feel the opposite u feel - lol

i feel if it’s to much inbox the knot it can come undone quicker cause the silk gets looser asit wears so I like it sticking out a little lol -
Best thing about is just for change it! It’s free and they really don’t mind changing ut anytime -

my best friend works for Cartier and he told me there’s people that change it once a week! So change away and enjoy it!
I’ll be changing every week I’m sure lol

I love that it is encouraged to change te cord! I live in the Netherlands and because they got tired of all the cord changing, they only have 5 available colors left. They never change the stock of these 5 colors so it’s really boring…

That is sad that they do that!

If you ever travel outside of your country, you should try to visit a boutique and mention it and see if they will cut you some different colors.

I live in a city that doesn’t have a boutique and have asked and was given some additional cords.

I’m able to change the cord myself and if you can’t do that, perhaps have the SA do it in the Netherlands with the different color.

Luckily I have been able to change it myself :) There is a jewelry brand in the Netherlands that sells cord jewelry and additional cords so I have been buying cord from there.

In Düsseldorf they gave me additional cords but in Barcelona they were very difficult about it. Said that they don’t give out additional cords anymore because they are tired of the amount of people coming in to get some cords.

I have to say I’m so happy with my bracelet but because of this service, it’s becoming less joyful.

I was told I needed to make an appointment for cord changes. I haven’t yet, ( due to the fact I don’t think it’s easy to find in the website!) and they’d get it done. As many times I wished. No one said anything about a charge :-)

In my hometown they usually don´t have many colors to choose from as well. I visit Cartier boutiques for cord changes when I travel, here are some experiences- and I just went in for a cord change:
Paris/Champs Elyssées: Very nice people in the boutique and lots of colors.
Same in Zürich/Switzerland, they offered coffee/water as I had to wait a few minutes, just wonderful everything.
Basel/Switzerland: They didn´t have time to change the cord that day but they let me choose some cords as I´m able to change it myself.
Looking forward to visit other boutiques this year, let´s see how that goes.

I was in the Melbourne store today and my lovely SA Andy said I can change the cord every week if I wanted to. Here are the colours they had in store. ❤️

Update: Was in the Cartier Boutique in Venice/Italy in may for a cord change, they just had two colours to chose from. The Boutique in Luxembourg where I was last saturday had lots of colours. Light blue it is for the moment. Next stop Paris in august!
