What do they do with your original...I wonder if they polish and sell as new?I paid 30% of retail (plus tax) to resize my small juc. They didn’t reproduce mine, they gave me a new size from the boutique so I didn’t have to wait the 6-10 weeks.
I wonder how they chose who pays 60 vs 30%. Are you a familiar client? Just wondering as I just got a preloved ring and need to get it resized. I was told I could get up to 2 US sizes up for free but it’s EU sizes. What do they do with your original...I wonder if they polish and sell as new
I believe the 30% of retail only applies to “resizing” of bracelets like the love or juc. Ring, necklace and chain bracelets are resized free of charge.I wonder how they chose who pays 60 vs 30%. They look perfect. Did you get it done in the US?Thanks. After having them extra loose, this took some getting used to but I don’t even feel them now. Having the stack with a JUC did pose problems for me when they were big.
I’m sorry you’re not getting the same quotes but it doesn’t surprise me. I wasn’t given the option to swap out my JUC on the spot when I dropped it off but I was when I dropped off the two Loves and that’s at the same boutique!
They melt them down and use the gold. You can have your bracelet resized that way so you can keep your original serial number or they’ll give you a new one from the store with a different number. What do they do with your original...I wonder if they polish and sell as new?
Oh wow! I was doing some research and I did see that some would get a 60% quote too. Thank you so much!I was having this discussion with my SA two weeks ago, and she was telling that everything can be resized. However, it comes with a very steep price. Without checking, she told me it would be around 60% of the original price, so I'm glad to see that you got an official quote of 30%. It probably depends on the piece as well.
