Gorgeous! I have anemone in chevre mysore - this looks like a slightly smoother grain? Anyone seen the two goatskins back to back?

Rose Confetti (verso, brique [?] color inside) in chèvre mysore and anemone in the chèvre chamkila.

I was also shown one in bamboo in chamkila, it was a beautiful green.

Thanks for sharing these - so chamkila is smoother? how does it feel to the touch?

Chamkila is smoother, still has the grain but it’s a subtler grain. Shinier. Hand feel is hard to describe...its smooth to the touch and sturdier than say, evercolor. It feels a lot like the Mysore but a lot smoother. I don’t really feel the grain. I think it’ll hold up well.

I have two of these... a lime (fleuro yellow) one in goatskin and a green one in evercolor (not sure the color name). I use these for my smaller bags- and I love how they fit a good amount of cards, and / or some folded cash, and I love the happy color of the lime.

The evercolor is softer and feels more luxurious and it’s less rigid than the goatskin one. My goatskin one got indented in the middle, possibly from pressing into a zipper? I’m not sure. I don’t mind dings and dents, but just something to keep in mind. I love both of them, and use both of them, I prefer the feel of the evercolor, but I use the goatskin one more because of the color, but it seems like the evercolor would be a bit less sensitive to the grain dents.

So interesting. I feel like my chevre mysore is more durable than my evercolor. Of my 3x calvi (chevre mysore, barenia, evercolor) the chevre is the one I'm least "concerned" about on a daily basis. At least within mine, the chevre and evercolor feel equally soft, just the evercolor somehow seems (though may not actually be) less durable.
