Calling all women with pictures of their rings...on their fingers!!!

OK girls, my turn to join in on the fun!

Thought it might be fun to see them together.

The engagement ring is 11.70 ct natural fancy light brownish yellow modified square brilliant. Mardo calls it a headlight. 1.50 ct each on the trillions.

Right hand bling is a 5.02 ct natural fancy yellow cushion starburst cut diamond surrounded by about 1.00ctw of pave diamonds (even underneath in the gallery and on the band). Both rings are handmade one of a kind rings by Mardo of Newport Beach, CA.

I need to pay him a visit. One of the melle diamonds popped out of the smaller ring. Of course, a visit might mean another acquisition!

I'm a big girl and wear a 7.5 on the left and an 8.5 on the right. 32mm Cartier Pasha is on my wrist.

Holy moly!!! What a ring!!! Love the ring!! I want to trade up my engagement ring for your engagement ring...freaking beautiful!!!

How do you all get your cameras to take pics so clearly my flash ruins it for me when I try to take pics of my jewelry and I can't turn it off...

My pictures are not too hot but they're much improved from when I started. I usually have to turn off the flash, find a nice sunny spot and experiment. I take a ton of shots and pick the best ones. Also cleaning the jewelry first is essential for maximum sparkle.

My fiance did an awesome job working with a jeweler to custom make the ring. We're not entirely sure what the total carat weight is, but the center stone is a 1.19 carat cushion brilliant cut, D color and VS1. It's in a "halo" setting with 16 little diamonds and a gorgeously detailed platinum band. I have small hands and short fingers, so the ring looks HUGE...I'm so incredibly thrilled.
