Personal shopper: nisiscloset2

I have been a client of nisiscloset2 for quite a while now (I'm not sure how long exactly...I think almost close to three years). I have purchased quite a few bags with her help. She is an incredible personal shopper. Reliable, trustworthy, very fast, amazing connections, will answer any questions you have, great at communicating, and she really cares - she does her own quality control to make sure the items you are purchasing will be in pristine condition and not have any issues. She is one of the few personal shoppers that I feel 100% comfortable using paypal f&f or bank transfer/zelle.

I highly recommend her!

Anyone used vintagehunter.01

good bad? Recommended?
She posted a Chanel Graffiti Backpack worn twice like new, her price was half as much as any reputable seller was asking. She said she wasn’t accepting PayPal because she was having trouble with limits. That was a red flag for me. I would never buy from an individual seller without PayPal backing me.... too risky!

she pulled the same trick and scam with me and didn’t make my purchase a priority after. I spent almost $10 thousand and she didn’t even provide a tracking number after. Imagine you wasting several thousands on your purchase to find out nothing but terrible service and constant attitude. She used cheap shipping carrier from her international location and the package didn’t arrive for 1 month etc

The faces behind this Instagram page are Young girls hence their attitude and lack of customer service.

The girls behind luxe du Jour don’t know anything about customer service. They just rush you to receive a deposit or pay off your item then leave you hanging in the dark. I’ve had such a horrific experience with them, I purchased a diamond cartier love bracelet for $10,300 April 27th and it’s May 22nd today and I still haven’t received it.
So just an update, I received the bracelet 1 month later. It arrived at the sorting facility in Calgary but the girls at luxe du Jour didn’t throughly read their tracking updates which delayed my delivery. So after 2 weeks of constantly messaging them they finally reached out to the shipping courier and was told that they needed to pay for a customs fee then my parcel would be released. I had to message them every other day to receive an update and also to get my tracking number because they forgot to give it to me. Maybe they were busy with other customers but that’s no excuse, in order to run a business they need to prioritize each and every single customer and not leave one behind...
I just wish they weren’t so careless and made an effort to show some good customer service despite the fact that I paid $10,300 for the bracelet and multiple shipping fees to have it sent express to my house which took 1 month. Over all it wasn’t worth the experience and anxiety purchasing from them. I’ll just stick to Jadorecouture & Peek in my closet for my future transactions.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s interesting because she has a lot of very sought after pieces at reasonable prices but something just feels too good to be true to me

I usually have really good experiences with the well-known sellers on IG (@cocoapproved, @lovelotsluxury, @timelessv0gue, @chlcouture, etc.), but one noticeably bad experience. Hopefully this will be helpful.

I bought a Trendy CC from @luxloversmelb on IG that was described as excellent condition. She said the only wear was "only minor rubbing on one corner that's size of a dot. Hardly noticeable. Also a minor rub at top right. I'll send a pic. Both inevitable and expected as there is no perfect preloved trendy." Then she sent a picture of the bag and the corner, saying "the corner rubbing is so fine I can hardly capture on pic." She also said that the bag "hasn't been used much for a trendy." She was super friendly and responsive, and shipping was fast as well (I was charged $75 for shipping).

However, when the bag arrived, I was so, so disappointed. There was a loose thread on the back, there were several scratches on the leather all over the bag (they were faint, but they were still there), the back pocket was stretched, the metal plate was quite severely scratched, the turn lock had tarnishing, and the interior had what looked like crumbs in it.

I know other people have had good experiences with them, so maybe this was just a one time mistake, but I was left feeling like I was duped.

I also had the girls ship the bracelet from their international location to their Calgary so I wouldn’t be hit with a huge customs fee again. I also paid $50 for them to ship it to me in Toronto.... a few weeks later I asked them to do an express shipping and they said it’ll be $90... so I sent another $90.00... why couldn’t they have just deducted the $50.00 I originally sent to them? They totally scammed me for shipping fees. In total I paid $140.00 all together which is bizarre because it doesn’t cost that much to send it from Calgary to toronto express. I advise you all to save the headaches and do not shop with them. Luxedujour Luxe du jour
