I noticed that some of the information on here is kind of hard to find so I went ahead and consolidated all the IG handles for the personal shoppers that have come up on this thread with positive feedback. Hopefully this helps some of you with your research...and not to fall for any scammers(!). The number beside the handle is the number of times they received a positive feedback on here.

Below are PS that I have personal experience with. I provided a more detailed review of the first four because the last three are pretty well known already:

dearluxe - purchased from them and really happy with their service. On top of showcasing their bags on Instagram they have a website where you can purchase from with a credit card. They do offer discounted pricing if you contact them to purchase through other means that don't incur a seller fee. I decided to purchase through them because they send the actual, physical receipt (unless it's noted in description or is a vintage/preloved piece). I think it's so rare for a personal shopper to include the receipt because they always like to only offer a copy of it. Having a receipt not only offers the peace of mind that it is authentic (after verifying the receipt info and everything) but it's so useful to have when you go into Chanel for after service (sometimes they want proof of purchase). I understand some PS don't like to include the receipt for business expense/tax reasons but nowadays a copy of the receipt works for seller's for record keeping. The buyer needs the receipt more than the seller. In addition to answering all my questions over Instagram, they took pictures of the receipt and the credit card receipt as proof. Also, they packaged the bag with so much care (images attached).

ph_luxuryshopper - purchased from her and overall was a very straightforward and quick turnaround transaction as long as the item is in her possession. I felt comfortable using Transferwise with her as payment because she sent me an invoice through email with her business info. I checked out her ABN (Australia Business Number) and it matched her name and business. However, she does offer other methods of payment such as credit card with 3% surcharge and bank wire transfer.

momoland__tokyo - very communicative but she is super busy so she does need a little nudge now and then to find your item if you don't hear back right away. I feel comfortable purchasing with her as she's been so great with taking photos of the bags in store and modeling it for size reference.

thefrontrowparis - very communicative and she was able to locate my item. I really appreciate the fact that she is one of the few transparent personal shoppers out there. She shared with me the retail price of the item and that her personal shopping fee is 10% of the value. Shipping is extra at 45€ to the US. I have not made my purchase yet but when I do, I feel comfortable to do so through her. Right now, I'm a bit worried because the 10% on the value is a lot to swallow (this bag is pricey) plus the unlucky chance the bag won't get through customs unnoticed (that's an additional 3% in duties).

threadsstyling - another popular personal shopper on Instagram. Communicated with them and they are very responsive.

gabwallerdotcom - popular personal shopper among instagram influencers/celebrities but still reachable over DM. Has a great reputation.

jaidifinds - also another popular personal shopper.

I just wanted to recommend thepurseaffair as a thorough and very pleasant seller. I bought my Chanel mini from her and was very happy with her description, photos, communication and super speedy delivery.

From the positive comments I've read on this thread, I've also bitten the bullet (nervous about buying from an international seller and not local) and purchased a bag from globalluxcloset. Her communication has been excellent (offered and sent videos, reminded me of the bag flaws), and I am awaiting my delivery.

I have to second Sasha of globalluxcloset. She’s lovely and I got my medium from her. She’s currently looking out for my next purchase but she’s also put up with my hormonal pregnancy chatter

Hi all!!
Hi all, wanted to follow up on this thread with a review of the personal shopper on Instagram --- Luxeality.

As I said earlier in this thread, the reason I reached out and purchased something through Luxeality was because of my own genuine curiosity after the discussion on this thread. I find the whole personal shopping business fascinating tbh and really like working with PS.

Here’s the TL;DR review on Luxeality: Reached out last week and they were able to source me the particular pair of earrings I was looking for within a few days, and I got the earrings today! Their correspondence with me was fully transparent i.e. I knew what was going on every step of the way, they sent lots of photos and I was able to get to know them a bit (a sweetheart). This is a newer business and they are still working out some things, mostly payment types, but I found them to be totally open to working with me to find something I was comfortable with. My genuine opinion is that this personal shopper has access to a many SAs and wants to go out of their way to make you happy; I would totally work with them in the future.

Here is the long version review of Luxeality (maybe too much detail but I thought I might outline the process for anyone who may be new to buying through a personal shopper):

6/6: I reached out and asked if they would be able to source me a particular pair of hoop earrings I had been eyeing on the Chanel website. My Chanel SA does not have them.

6/6: They responded and let me know they would be reaching out to their SAs and let me know in advance that it may take a little longer than usual since it is a weekend and also this was during the time of protests and some stores would be closed. We also chitchatted a bit and I asked a few questions as a matter of due diligence. Also in the background I reached out to a couple former clients to find out about their experience (no issues).

6/6: Later that night, Luxeality let me know which SAs had responded and exactly what they had let them know about the earrings. I appreciated the total transparency. It seemed they had reached out to 4+ SAs looking for my earrings.

Monday 6/8: More correspondence about what they were hearing from their SAs about finding the earrings. Later that day, they let me know one of the SAs had the earrings! We talked about the total price including their fee and shipping (note, this shopper has the item shipped to them and then ships the item to you. This is exactly what the other shoppers I have worked with do, so no problem for me).

We had a lot of back and forth regarding payment types and they worked with me to find a type that I was comfortable with. By the time we figured this out, the store with the earrings had closed so they told me to wait on payment until they could confirm the next day that the earrings were still available (I appreciated this!)

Tuesday 6/9: They confirmed that the earrings were still available and I made the payment. They went ahead and secured the earrings for me, sending me photos from the SA of the item and the item in its full set packaging.

Friday 6/12: The earrings arrived to Luxeality later in the day and they sent me 3 unboxing photos (wearing gloves) as well as multiple pictures of the item, the packaging, and the full receipt.

They then repackaged the item and send me photos of the fedex packaging. They explained they were heading to fedex quickly before it closed. About an hour later I received a text from fedex that I had a package heading my way! Around the same time, Luxeality sent me my tracking information.

Today 6/16: My earrings are here!!!!! Full package and receipt. STUNNERS!

Without further ado! My new hoops!!

Someone on her Instagram page the other day commented on her post and said she was a scammer...so id definately take some precaution before purchasing.
Do you know which post? I didn’t see any comment about scammer. Or maybe she deleted it already.
They’re still there: the one with 4 boy trifold wallets and the one with the new iridescent black flat card holder.

I’ve heard great things about her though. Two sides to every story.
Most likely it was deleted already.

Sorry to dig up such old posts, I took a hiatus from purseforum in the last year and just came back recently (the addiction was getting too real).

I recall this happening last year. The person who was commenting on Orchmelia's posts actually private messaged me on Instagram because she saw that I had tagged Orchmelia in a few posts, and her message was super bizarre. The person asked if I've bought bags from Orchmelia before and if I can help her because she's been scammed. I replied that I had bought bags from her before and asked what the issue was, she saw my post and then she didn't respond.

I thought this was really odd because if she had really been scammed, she would have replied to my message to explain what happened.

Another real life friend of mine who also shopped with Orchmelia received the same message, and was also ghosted after asking for more details. I then saw that this person had commented on so many of Orchmelia's IG posts saying that she was a scammer, but she couldn't provide any more details about how she was scammed in her comments or in her private messages to me (and my friend). I honestly feel like this person was just a troll.

That being said, I haven't purchased from her in a year. The last purchase I made was for the 19A Reissue Mini, which I didn't get a discount for (and actually paid the retail + personal shopping fee). I think she's been super bombarded with requests, and lots of people are shopping around with IG personal shoppers so they ask for the price then ghost.

Hello
I was wondering if anyone has had past experience with user beautyandherluxe. I noticed that none of the other buyers follow her(most of the well known buyers follow one another) and she doesn’t have a large following. Any information would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi guys, I just wanna do a PSA that @luxedepartments is a scammer!!! Please report her to Instagram! I recently transacted with her cos she had something that I want and after the money got transferred, she said the current bag in store wasn’t in perfect condition so they’re transferring a new one from another city. On the day the bag is supposed to arrive, she ignored my texts and blocked me the next morning. Looking back I should have known better but if anyone has any experience getting back money from such scammers please help!!! I have screenshots of our conversation before she deleted! Thank you so much in advance
Thank you I was about to purchase but something felt off the fact they gave 40k followers but hardly no likes comments on pics and no number and no PayPal put me off
