Yes she is a SCAM at IG acc: __luxcullture_my_ . I had a bad experience with her just recently. After full payment she has no response at all. Her name is : Lam Chooi Foong , Hong leong bank.

I use to call her name ‘Grace’ , after all she change her IG account : __luxcullture_my_ The Luxury Culture PTE LTD.

I suppose it depends. If you are talking about a Personal Shopper, usually that would be store price plus their fee, so I wouldn't imagine there'd really be any wiggle room there

If it's a seller taking consignment and selling for a client, it would depend if the seller thought the client would entertain an offer.

She can put whatever PTE name she fancies but ALL legit businesses in Malaysia regardless online or not is compulsory to be registered with the SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia)

If you search their database and the company does not exist...be very careful as NO scamner will register their companies

I was once send her inquiries for a Hermes Bag. She kept asking for bank transfer but I insist will only do payment by paypal, it took her about a week or so until she gave up on me and told me her paypal are not working. I ended up bought from @octapershop__ from Australia. Just got my bag yesterday. Thank God I didnt insist with luxurybagshunter tho it much much cheaper. Phew
