Hi Lover1234567, I am so sorry for what happened. It must have been traumatising for you, even up till now. Hugs!
I had an encountered with her too. I am quite new to buying on IG and was overly excited to get the Chanel rose gold mini, especially when I missed out on it when some reputable resellers were posting it. So I chanced upon her post. What got me uncomfortable was her quoting the bag at different pricing throughout the messages and her promised photos of the bag were videos and unclear.
I want to add here that I post a question on whether anyone bought from luxurypalace_consignment. She’s another scammer. Her IG is now no longer active. I just checked to want to show you the screenshot. Even my messages with her were deleted (the part of her photos and her bank details)! I almost bought from her but she kept sending me pictures of a mini when her post and her messages were of a classic small flap! Then she gave excuses that she usually have pictures already in her phone and she clicked wrongly. Yet she couldn’t produce the photos of small flap which I was thankful for, now looking back. As I was on the verge of buying from her. I was also apprehensive as her bank account name seemed familiar to one of the scammers mentioned here before.

And the other victims have transferred funds to other bank accounts with different names. This whole thing is just like a scam group.

I honestly have no idea how to get my money back and I’m so heartbroken. I hope nobody ever buys from luxculture_my. Her name that I know of is grace lam chooi foong.

What a nightmare! I don't understand how this person can have 11k+ followers and still be posting stuff! I'm so sorry!

Im sorry to hear that and I hope there’s someway you can get your money back. Maybe threaten you’ll post that she’s a scammer throughout the purseforum so she’ll lose her reputation and therefore a lot of customers with it.
She gave me an uneasy feeling throughout the whole process so while I was upset I couldn’t get the bag, in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise.

That is awful. I’m so sorry!! I almost purchased from her because I saw the reviews and she has a Facebook page. I didn’t think a scammer would actually post a pic of themselves but who knows. It might be a fake page! I asked if I could pay through PayPal and she said yes she will have to charge an additional 4% fee. She didn’t send me more pics of the bag when I asked. I went on PF and didn’t see that anyone has purchased from her yet so I hesitated. I still can’t believe her IG page is still up!

Thanks for all your kindness. It is extremely traumatising as I wanted was to treat myself to a little something and I used my hard earned savings to buy a little bag for myself. She just sat there posted some pictures which I don’t know where she stolen from and just got my hard earned in a few minutes. I’ve been telling her I will reveal her and I even found her Facebook. She said it’s not her Facebook but that account immediately blocked me. And she kept saying I have no idea who she / he is. She threatened if I continue harassing her for her to return me my money she will do something very scary to me which I won’t forget since she has all my details (postal etc).

Guys I’m so upset I hope you guys can all help me report her account and warn people around you to never deal with her. Yesterday she continued selling more non existent Chanel vanity bags and I commented on her picture. One thing I found out is she restricted my account and other people can’t see my comments under her pics. You can tell there’s 2 comments under the pic but if you click into it the comments don’t show. I then realise it’s the same with her older pics, which make me think that some other victims were trying to warn new buyers but she restricted them and we can’t see it. I hope you guys can report luxculture_my. Thanks

I just got cheat from this Luxculture_my too. I’m so angry, so disappointed, so sad which I earn so hard just get a bag for myself. After transfer she just like disappear!

Ok that is so scary. I almost purchased from luxurypalace_consignment as well! But something felt off, and I didn’t go through with it. She’s continuously coming out of my ig feed with the pic of the bag I was going to purchase, which she had marked sold right after I had asked. So shady.
