Has anyone had a Chanel sourced from shop.with.crystals?
I'm in search of a medium cf. Any review would be appreciated.

I was wondering the same things. She is very nice and friendly. I have messaged her a lot. I want her to source a cardigan for me that is not available in the US that is available in HK. RTW is different than bags because SAs love RTW clients so RTW may be a better price than bags. It helps resellers to have RTW buyers. HK doesn't have the taxes I have here in the US so the price is not much different than what I would pay. I just have to pay a deposit so I am nervous and she only takes bank transfer. Let me know if you heard anything or purchased from her. Thank you.

There are some legit resellers and while I want to be against it there are people who live in areas where there is no Chanel store around or Chanel is hard to get or certain pieces may not have been released in their country. I also like to sell my old handbags which someone might love to have at a discounted price if they cannot afford to buy one new. There is nothing wrong with that. People just need to do there due diligence and be smart before purchasing. Some IG accounts have online IG stores / websites which accept credit cards. I would be willing to pay more to purchase by credit card than bank transfer if I was not familiar with the seller or could not find a lot of independent reviews re them.

A positive review for Fashion_lux_ boutique248 [Yulia], she's VERY professional, communicates quickly and her fee is very reasonable. I knew she was legit because half of the pics on IG of new collections are uploaded by her, and reposted on here and used by other accounts. LOL. So, I was okay doing a wire transfer. She's located in Europe. She packed the item nicely, provided pics before shipping to me and updated me every step of the way. Hands down 100% amazing experience.
Did you purchase a bag or RTW? Was the fee a percentage of your purchase? I am interested in her sourcing RTW for me. I have seen her account and it is so informative. Thank you in advance.

I would confirm what their authenticity guarantee is and then have a third party authenticate it once you purchase. Regardless of their business reputation, mistakes can be made and I wouldn't trust a preloved item without doing my own due diligence.
I sold several Chanel bags to Fashionphile and they told me I would not get any additional money for my bags with the box or authenticity cards. I did not bring any of my boxes but brought dust bags and I had all my authenticity cards but have two more bags I want to sell with but held off because I cannot find the authenticity cards. I was surprised they told me it did not matter.

Interesting! How did it go?
I have a beautiful bag that I'm hoping to rehome since I just never gravitate towards it so it's still brand new but Fashionphile suuuuper lowballed me :(

Had to share my experience with momolamd _tokyo. I would not recommend. She charged so much more for subpar serviceป I paid 500-600$ more than retail, charged astronomical amount of shipping, and yet she used the cheapest mode of shipping which is postal EMS instead of DHL or FedEx. She didn’t ship item promptly upon buying but needed to wait over a week before shipping. The package took forever over several weeks from Japan to come to US.

Now onto the worst part: She sent a wrong item to my address, and sent my item to other people! What’s the matter with all these high service fee and screwed up the order? Worst yet, she took no responsibility in terms of refunding any part of covered her mistake. She asked me you ‘wrap the package nicely as how it was sent’ and ho ship it for her. Excuse me, but I didn’t work for her and did not have time for that. I asked for the refund of my package since I didn’t receive and she refused. She should have at least extent her courtesy to refund her astronomical shipping fee or whatsoever to be responsible for the mistake she made. I would have been more understanding of she didn’t appear and act too cheap and greedy. I do not support this kind of mentality of the business owner. Do not use her!! I am first time customer and will never ever return. It’s the most greedy IG seller and least professional I have ever come across.

on the other note, I found threadsstylong very professional, always gave the retail price in eurowith reasonable handling and shipping fee using DHL. My item through threads arrived within one week.
Agree on the part where she charged very high shipping fees! No idea why her shipping cost any different to others!

I’m not surprised. Once they receive the bag and authenticate it if the bag is not authentic they will not pay you.

Fashionphile is not in the business of *giving* more money. Of course, they will *charge* more to a buyer if those items are present.

I'm kinda sad/off put about this since my White Chevron was from Fashionphile. It did come with an authenticity card and retail tags even. I did feel unease when I got it bc it couldn't find info on it anywhere and was worried it was a fake. After some intense research I did find more info on it, but perhaps I should pay for it to be authenticated 3rd party also. I would be so, SO sad to part with it. I carry my red CF most often, but really the white one is my fave.

Nah don’t be sad. Out of the 15 plus years of knowing about, buying from and selling to fashionphile I’ve never gotten a fake. I personally never heard of anyone getting a fake from them either. NM wouldn’t have gotten involved with a company like them if they were even remotely associated with fakes.
