^^^Definiately. I don't think of any complaints I've seen on her, the person hasn't eventually gotten follow through. She has had health problems she posted some time back and etc. HOWEVER that is not the proper way to conduct business, especially if you want to keep a good reputation. If there are unfortunate circumstances that cause you to be unable to conduct normal business practices, you should probably step back and not hold people money's and keeping them worried you scammed them for months.

totally agree and exactly what I told her colleague who finally contacted me and posted my bag.

Just want to leave a review for @ fashion_lux_boutique248 (Yulia). She has been absolutely AMAZING, couldn't fault her at all. Her prices are reasonable, communication is excellent and she really does seem to care about what she does. This was my first time purchasing from instagram and overseas, and I couldn't be happier. My bag came packaged carefully, item was as described (brand new & full set with receipt) and she even kept up with the tracking process to make sure it got to me safely. Honestly couldn't recommend her enough - I will 100% be purchasing again!

Wow, well that's a relief you finally got your bag. Poor business practices if you ask me. it's enough to steer clear of that seller because you never know what can happen while waiting for 2 months.

I have a few times and I can’t recommend enough! They answer quickly, are trustworthy and take PayPal with reasonable fees. On 3 occasions when an item was no longer available and when I changed my mind :doh: they were very quick to send my money back and very nice about it!
