There have been a few posts about users and their positive experience with Coco Approved.
Hello everyone, here are my shopping experience with some of Instagram sellers.
Coco_Approved ( Tim ) : Coco Approved is based in HK. I got my first pre-loved Chanel bag at Coco Approved. Tim is absolutely honest, lovely and professional. He was always patient and responsive to all of my questions. I had 5 transactions with Tim and it all went well. I totally trust Tim, especially with my bank transfer and I highly recommend him for everyone. You guys should check his website frequently because you may find a unicorn. Coco_Approved’s pricing is reasonable and ethical, especially after Chanel’s price increase in May.
I personally adore Tim so much ! He is really friendly and we occasionally have small talk about other things than handbags.
Dearluxe ( Amy ) : Another lovely seller from HK. I had a little trouble with DHL and Amy was really responsible with helping me to resolve the problem. Dearluxe has the prettiest packaging I haver ever seen ! Amy was responsive and nice to me. Occasionally, Dearluxe has some rare unicorns on its instagram’s stories. I would love to shop with her again !!
Timlesslikeaudrey ( Cecilia ) : She is based in Australia. She is very reputable so some of her items are sold at a premium. You will surely get what you pay for ! She has the best quality pre-loved handbags. There are so many rare unicorns at her store so you have to be really fast ( and lucky ). To me, Cecilia was also nice, honest and responsive. If you send her a message directly via WA, she will respond back really fast. She sent me nearly 30 photo of the bag I bought lol.
Fashion_Addict93 ( Selina ) : I barely shop with U.S based shoppers because my first experience was awful; however, Selina has changed my opinion on this. She was EXTREMELY patient and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Selina is honest and straight forward so buying with her was very easy. She helped me to source a highly sought after handbag from last year ( dark Beige Claire in small size / 28 series ). Her fees are reasonable ! I highly recommend Selina for anyone who is looking for rare items.
Luxurytholic ( Lau ) : A member of this forum recommended Lau for me. She is based in HK and UK so she can source highly sought after items outside of America. My transaction with luxurytholic is still pending but so far, she is great. I will come back and update for y’all after my purchase is completed.
( 3 out 5 Chanel bags in the attached photo are from Coco_approved. There was another mini bag in denim blue ( also from Coco_approved ) but I rehomed her before taking this picture. I hope everyone finds my post helpful

Hi! I saw a beautiful chanel boy bag that an instagram consignement store Working Girls Boutique (https://www.instagram.com/workinggirlsboutique/) is selling and I paid a deposit on the bag. However, I am starting the question if she is an authentic seller.. It is my first time purchasing a Chanel bag from an instagram consignment store, and I am afraid that I might be scammed. Have you bought from her before? Have you ever been scammed by instagram consignement store? Thank you!

Extremely overpriced! Ridiculous and unnecessary poses with bags (ugh). I will never buy from them. Their bags are always 1k or more higher than other resellers on average.

Hi everyone, just want to post my experience with an Instagram scammer going by the name of @shasaishere. She goes by the name of Maharani Saputri and she lives in Palembang Indonesia. She stopped replying to my messages and subsequently blocked me once the bank transfer to her CIMB Niaga Indonesia Bank account (762681285400) has been completed more than one month ago. Needless to say, I never received my bag. I wonder if there are any Indonesian friends out here in this forum who I can approach for help to lodge a local police report?
I am not sure if I can get my USD4800 back, but after coming across this forum, it seems that it is unlikely ): I also saw from some previous replies that she was @consignment_shasa and @kmll_luxury previously. Attached a screenshot of her Instagram page for reference, she has since changed her profile picture recently..really regret not coming across this thread earlier.
Posting here to alert the rest of the community, her account is still active and it makes me so mad that there's nothing much I can do to get my money back, or to get legal action taken against this unscrupulous scammer! Please help to repost and spread the word too, thanks in advance!

Yes! I just purchased a bag from her earlier this year =) She's super responsive and I feel like her fees are actually pretty reasonable.
Also I think we were both asking about this a loooong time ago haha. I decided to pull the trigger and trust her, and it worked out phew!
I was scammed by them too! very similar in story. I am so angry at myself for falling for it. Pretty sure we aren’t the only people who have been scammed by them, makes me wonder if we can band together to get the banks & Interpol on to them!! If you’re keen let me know.
Which bank account/ country did you send the money to?
I’ve enquired with her a few times. I found her to be short and her price seemed high. She does ISO in the Chanel groups and sell them on her IG.
I again will say that I had a wonderful experience with Cocoapproved . Just do your diligence and use PayPal invoice as payment until you feel comfortable. If I find another must have bag I would buy from them in a second.
