Please correct me if I’m wrong and hope she’s just posting what her SA sent her. But judging from your videos, she look like she is a Chanel associate...

Hello lovely,I had reached out to Charlotteloveluxe about two bags (one preowned, one new from store) and she stopped responding to me after I asked basic questions. It left a bad taste and felt really sketchy.
For the one that was supposed to be new from store, I knew it was a long shot because it was already the next season. She said it was completely sold out, but she can order one that will come in 4-6 weeks or something. I asked more questions about how she can guarantee inventory of something that is sold out (and provide such a specific timeline) and how can I be sure that I will get the bag after handing over my money (since she didn't have it on hand). She stopped answering me.
I thought this was suuuper weird/shady and wondered if she was just ordering a counterfeit to be made and sold to me as "new from store" :|
For the preowned bag, I asked for specific photos of specific angles of a bag to determine condition & authenticity, she said sure and never sent any (I followed up again, but nothing)
I had a similar strange experience with charlotteloveluxe. I was looking for a piece of RTW that is unavailable in the US. I asked her if it was available and she said she had to check with her SA and let me know. Six hours later she says yes it is available, so I sent the funds via zelle. She immediately after says she has to check with her SA again. I was confused, because she just said she already did which is why I sent the funds in the first place. She gets back to me & says it is not available after all & her SA made a mistake. I was really confused, and worried now that I wouldn't get refunded, and since I paid via zelle I would have no recourse if something sketchy was going on. She did thankfully refund me in full via zelle within 1 hour, so I'm not sure what to make of it all.
Hello hun thanks for your feedback. I would to explain more that when I confirmed the stock, you was silent for few days and I needed to chase if you still need it as my SA couldn’t hold it for long. You left me a seen and came back after 1-2 days. You said yes you still wanted it and then transferred money to me in few hours. There is time difference between Usa & Aus so my SA could not check & hold for it till her working hours.
During the whole process it was so hard to me to hold stock for you. I couldn’t keep asking my SA for the stock available as it’s very wasting their time if you have ghosted me. At the end it was sold out so I refunded you the money.
Thanks for understanding. Not to blame you but to explain whole situation to everyone.

I don't know if you don't remember what occurred because your previous account was deactivated and you can no longer see our messages, but this is not what happened.
I did take one day to get back to you after the first time I said I wanted the item (I was not ghosting you, but that seems besides the point now), however I explicitly asked AGAIN and checked for status of the item's availability before sending payment.
You took 6 hours to check with your SA and then told me that you had confirmed it was still available. I trusted that you had really done this. Are you saying that you did not actually ask your SA again because you thought I was ghosting you? You should have been honest in that case, and not tell me that you had confirmed with your SA the item was still available. I only sent payment because you told me it was.
I sent payment to you within 5 minutes of your message saying it was still available.
You said you received it and "waiting SA reply".
You then got back to me 3.5 hours later and tell me your SA made a mistake.

March 4 5:29 PM: You say "bb I received, waiting SA reply". I say thank you.
March 4 9:00 PM: You reach out to me and start sending me pictures of other RTW pieces saying "babe do you like this, SA make mistake, she only has this one. I can check other countries if you need"
March 4 10:49 PM: I responded saying no I don't, and that I would just prefer a refund please.
March 4 10:56 PM: You say you will refund me, and ask for my zelle info.
March 4 11:41 PM: I tell you I received the full refund, and thanked you.

Hello, Yes I mean I could not keep asking my SA if it’s available. She did hold for you 1-2 days. Please remember I’m in Aus and ongoing forward you 1 days. Then when I asked you once again, you did not reply me. That’s why I release the hold with SA and did not ask her once again before you send the payment. I believe if you were me you’d do the same because you’re first client and you ignored me first and did not update me with your payment.
No seller can trust you still.
I did not even take the fee on rtw so I did not want to mess up with my SA. There is no refund here in Australia. I cannot buy for you first then later returned it.
And When you sent me the payment, it’s not yet working hours here. Even i have asked SA, she couldn’t check and hold still. If i have waited her to pop into store, It’d be night time in Usa again.
At the end I refunded you within 1 hour as it was night time in usa, I needed to ask my friend zelle you. you was happy with me still. Now I saw your post and yes of course I’m disappointed and upset. I’m sorry once again for causing you trouble but I believe my action is reasonable and it’s not nice of you to posted “unfull” story here at first. If you have told everyone here that you did not update me from March 2nd to 4th at first.
I asked again on March 4 if the item was available before sending payment. You said you had to check with your SA.
You responded hours later on March 4 telling me you had checked with your SA, and that it was available.
I sent the payment on March 4 within 5 minutes of you saying it was still available.
But in reality, you did not really check with your SA again, and lied to me.
Now you are saying I am untrustworthy, and you are lying about the timeline and interaction between us, and making it sound like I ghosted you, was flaky, and did not check stock before sending payment to you. This is totally and completely untrue. I have the screenshots, so please, stop lying.
I posted the full complete story here as it was relevant, because I did ask again explicitly and made sure your SA still had the item before I sent the payment. There was no need to say that I initially reached out on March 2, asked if it was available, had payment issues, and couldn't pay for it until March 4. That would only be relevant if I had not confirmed the availability of the item once again on March 4, and had in fact just sent the payment without any communication, which is not what happened.
I’m not lying. I already admitted that I didn’t check up with SA once again on March 4th but it is because what you did, if you still kept update me than ghosting me for whole day, I would trusted you and checked up again with SA.
At the end I believe that if you’re seller, You’d do the same. Especially when your buyer is first time client.
I would not have done what you did, which was lie to your client and tell them you checked again with your SA saying the item was still available. I believed you, as you took 6 hours to get back to me, and I thought you really did check with your SA again. I never imagined that you would be lying about that.
You already admitted that you lied about checking with your SA re: the item's availability, and are now blaming it on me "ghosting" you.
