Is there a way to filter your likes/followed items by what is actually available vs sold out? When they have sales, I try to go through the items I have followed, but 90% of them are sold and it takes so long to wade through years of likes that I just give up.
Omg I just read the thread tonight. I was at Chelsea store this afternoon. I wish I had known about the piece and could have taken the pics for you of the item. They are closed tomorrow and Im leaving tomorrow night.

Thank you for thinking of me! ❤️ They had a VCA piece I was intrigued by, but I realized it sold today anyway, so no worries. I hope you had a nice time in NY! Safe travels.

Has anyone else noticed the listings no longer have the item location, Carlsbad or New York?
I hadn't noticed that but I spoke to a FP Customer Service rep the other day and she was telling me they have opened a couple stores one in the Irvine Spectrum and the other in the Carlsbad outlets, both in California. She also said they were looking to expand into other brick and mortar spaces maybe they are moving stock around? Just a thought.

I just sold a LV to Yoogi's, interestingly Fashionphile offered me less money. I do have a brick and mortar close by, now I am wondering if I should have taken it in vs filing an inquiry online. I suppose I thought they would offer less if I were already there and in person, showing more commitment to selling? I didn't test out my theory this time, but there is always the next one :graucho:

I have read and seen many terrible reviews on them as well.
I ordered 2 items just days apart from Rebag. I received one already (Gucci Ophidia GG Key Dome Pouch) and thank goodness the condition was just as described which was "great". The issues noted in the description were not really visible. I was VERY pleased with it as it is looking pretty much new. It stated there was an odor, however that "odor" just smells like canvas. I personally would not call that odor. No foul smell at all. Lol. It's actually very nice and at $560 (yes its above retail but cheap compared to resellers) I got a great price. It also came with the Gucci dustbag as described as well. Right now Fashionphile has the same Gucci Ophidia Key Dome pouch listed OVER $1K! My other item is a LV Noe Petit which is also marked as "great" as the condition. I'm expecting the Noe to look pretty much new as well (with light patina). That should arrive by this Tuesday. Rebag has 4 to 6 BUSINESS days to "process" your order. If you end up waiting over the weekend add another 2 days to your wait, along with waiting for your item to arrive. The entire process is too long imo by today's standards. I just hope my bag arrives, the one I ordered and in the condition I ordered including the LV dustbag. After this, even with my good experiences (besides the long processing) I may or may not order again as it appears to be a gamble and it's too hard reaching anyone if I ever have a problem. It seems like the issues are more for those that do trades or sell with Rebag. Here is the pouch that I purchased and that I just recently received from Rebag.

It does look really nice. Glad it was as expected and hope your bag is as well. I agree from what I've heard the risk is too high for me especially if there is a problem unless I can make it to a store I doubt I would purchase from them. Please let us know when your bag arrives I am interested to know what happens.

The bag arrived! It took 13 days for it to arrive from start to finish! Geez. I must say it was worth the wait? The condition is marked as "GREAT" and I agree. The issues mentioned are so faint or not even visible. The vachetta has developed to a light honey. Here are a few pics. Excuse the shiney canvas. I took pics after I put leather conditioner on the bag. I always put a tad on the canvas as well as the vachetta

Fashionphile has been fighting me on it with my credit card its been 3 months now I am seriously depressed and I talked to someone else who same thing happened to them but they refunded them I hate them I wish the worst on them I am considering hiring an attorney which will cost me too
Did you get this resolved? I had a the problem happen to me with Cartier. My credit card would not refund jewelry, UPS would say they would investigate but did nothing, and Cartier said sorry but talk to your cc. I kept calling different people in Cartier and sending emails until I told them that I would write to the BBB about this situation. So Cartier called and said for a one time only they’d refund me.
After much thought about what happened, I think it was someone in UPS that stole the item and then put everything back. This all happened in May 2023. I recommend to file a BBB complaint for Fashionphile as they will act immediatley. You have a year from the date of when this happened to file a complaint to the BBB.
Hopefully your problem has been resolved, but if not, I’m rooting for you. Keep hope!
