exactly. I missed it but i might pull the trigger now (just got another notification that the price dropped on my item again). Im worried about the 15 day policy and it might be too short since its shipping from across the country

Nevermind it sold. Wasnt meant to be!

this 15 day policy is pretty shady. it begins when the item is shipped (so if it’s shipping across the country, that could eat up at least a week of the policy) I recently made a purchase from fashionphile. to compensate for this policy, i overnighted my purchase to make up for some of that time. even using the overnight shipping it took three days. if u really need that option for return (i also needed to obtain authenticity as well which also took another ~day or so) it is a solution.

otherwise, great purchase, no issues and my item was as described.

The return policy per FP website is from the date they ship (actually when the shipping label is created) to the postmarked date (the day you drop it off at the carrier or store).
  • Returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date or in-store purchase date.

More people need to be aware of this. Thanks for posting.

Here’s the speedy! I hate Damier Azur with new vachetta so I was looking for something with a little patina that I wouldn’t have to fret about. Fashionphile had this listed as “very good” for $920. It’s from 2014.

Pros: very even patina, only minor darkening under handles, interior pristine, canvas pristine.

Cons: I am wondering if this patina is too dark? The patina has a bit of a yellow undertone. I wanted something more carefree, but I don’t want to be on the verge of gross handles. I don’t own another vachetta piece this old to compare it to.

I have a couple more days to decide.

ETA: it’s quite similar to the tone of my carryall mm with treated leather, which I think makes me feel better. View attachment 5797552
I think this is gorgeous :)

Today is the last day for my return period and it is when the shipping label was created. (My package wasn’t picked up by the carrier until the next day). The return button was active this afternoon and just checked a little while ago and it is gone.

One more insight: To avoid the return shipping charge ($14.99) just drop the package off at the FP or NM locations. FP's desk at NM does not open on weekends.

Customers who have purchased items online or at one of our Showroom locations have three options for returns:

1. Use a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by FASHIONPHILE ($14.99)

2. Use your own shipping method (at your own cost)

3. Drop off at the nearest Showroom/Selling Studio (Free)

I think I read somewhere says counted as stamped on check in carrier date
