I have a Karung Serpenti piece from a few years ago that doesn't have any problems (at the moment) as it's not used very often but I would be very interested to see how Bvlgari handles this for you (and if they charge you for the repairs). So far, their after-sales service doesn't seem at all satisfactory from your recent posts.
So far I'm very frustrated and upset. The karung bag is just under two years old, the cabochon bag is newer than that so not sure why they're not holding up.
And the lack of service, clarity and responsiveness is really appalling.
