They kept telling me they’d send them to me (because they had them again) but never did. I don’t want to harass them about it but it’s disappointing when you spend that much on bags and don’t receive a box. NM bal Barbour - I had to ask so many times, but I finally got one in the mail. Said they sent it numerous times but they didn’t. Finally sent one without warning, signature required. thank you!! I had boxes from the last week bag but this week i am getting new bag from 57th and for that they ran out of boxes already! I asked my SA a few time every two month if i can get boxes since i been buying bunch of staff and they comes with boxes, but she saids she is not allowed to give cuz corporate is sending me for replacement. Soho location boutique just gave them to me when they had shipment in store. So I am wondering even though they are the same boutique stand alone different policy? I bought from NM and they shipped to me already too by my SA.I made a purchase in July 2021 and I got my small box last weekend! My SA had it shipped via FedEx express directly from the Chanel in Bergdorf Goodman on 58th and not from corporate based on the label. You should probably follow up directly with the store, it seemed they just had a shipment of boxes
i agree!!! it just slowly eating me inside because other SA sent to me already!. My Sa kept saying sorry but i dont know why she cant give me in person in store I go there every 1 - 2 moths to buy something always and i see boxes there! She is nice but she said corporate is sending me so I have to wait. wow great job. I called customer service again and they see that they already tried to contact 57th Chanel store. But i hear nothing. Did you talk to customer manager in store? Would love to know how it worked out for you. My SA is kind of new and I feel she doesn't dare to do stuff out of the system where I know some SA will just give them boxes when it restock or give extra.I asked my SA several times and felt that it's out of my SA's hands since she already submitted my name for a box. I didn't want to waste my time as well as my SA's time. And, I didn't want to give up either. Thus, I asked for the customer manager and she sent me a box right away.
wow great to know! I got all the boxes from Sak and NM and other boutique stand alone except this 57th street one I find it so weird. Because they had the boxes stocked up during summer and not sure why they couldn't give me and when I asked my SA kept saying Corporate will send ...It seems Chanel is always short in some sort of packing material, be it boxes or shopping bags, although Hermès seems to be having similar issues, so I guess it’s not a unique problem. From personal experience at a Saks boutique in the spring, it seems to be up to each SA to keep tabs on which clients need boxes and send accordingly, though when they do get a shipment of boxes in the store they prioritize current sales before sending them out for previous purchases. I have gone in before to browse and my SA would just give me boxes if she still owed me one at the time.
