I hope this is not true. All of the above the packaging and the presentation of Chanel ribbons and camellia to me is what luxury shopping is about. I would be highly disappointed.My NM SA told me that Chanel will start to discontinue ribbons & camelia packaging with purchases in an effort to be more sustainable! Anyone else heard this?? If no boxes, ribbons or camelia I feel the magic of the presentation & Chanel experience is gone.
I’m all for sustainability but this is taking it too far & devaluing the luxury experience (not to mention prices are just increasing & customers are getting less for their $$$$).
