Hi! Is there another box shortage? My SA just shipped a bag from the newest season and told me that it doesn’t come with a box but will ship it when they receive it:sad: Has this happened to anyone else? :panic: I posted in the other thread but realized this is the more appropriate one:rolleyes:

Which boutique did you get your bag from? I just got mine today from Arizona NM boutique and it came with the box.

I picked up my new bag on Thursday and I received a box. However, my Sa said it was the last one in the store.

I had checked in with my SA a couple of weeks ago, and to my surprise the boutique had boxes! Unfortunately, before I could get my boxes, the boutique ran out and it was only a few days after texting him :crybaby: He said they are backfilling orders but were also giving customers boxes with new purchases. His guess is that the box shortage won’t be fully resolved until the end of 2021 :shocked: Hoping he was just exaggerating but only time will tell!

Yes, my SA in a leased boutique in Saks told me the store ran out of small size boxes and white camellia embossed card envelopes (the receipt envelopes), so my mini 21A reissue was shipped to me in a medium size box instead of a small, but she will ship an appropriate size box to me once they have it. I'm located in the US.

This happened for the 21S release as well, it seems box production has lagged behind during the pandemic.
 
My SA from NM just told me my mini would be shipped without original box as well :sad: she said there was box shortage again but will ship one to me when its available. Sad that it has been almost six months and Chanel is still struggling with boxes:sad:
 
My NM SA told me that Chanel will start to discontinue ribbons & camelia packaging with purchases in an effort to be more sustainable! Anyone else heard this?? If no boxes, ribbons or camelia I feel the magic of the presentation & Chanel experience is gone. :sad:
I’m all for sustainability but this is taking it too far & devaluing the luxury experience (not to mention prices are just increasing & customers are getting less for their $$$$).

I hope this is not true. All of the above the packaging and the presentation of Chanel ribbons and camellia to me is what luxury shopping is about. I would be highly disappointed.

I didnt get a box on Friday from NM leased location either in SF. Also, whats up with the new camelias? they are like a rough paper. So, what exactly are we paying increases for? [they cant even fix their box production!]
