Book Tote

I purchased a small book tote in May- received it in June once it was released. My friend purchased her small book tote a month later in Europe. There seems to be slight size variations between our two book totes, even though they are the both in the small size.

For peace of mind, I would get the Vestaire one authenticated.

I dont have this one, but i am also so facinated by this embroidery. Not that I am going to buy one now, but i always wonder if it should be this or the Oblique

I'm worried about buying preloved. I don't want one from thats on the verge of joining the ranks of defective book totes

On the contrary, a preloved one could likely already show any defects, depending on its age?

If you purchase from a reputable consignment store, you should be allowed to return it if you are unhappy with it!

That's true to a point but I worry somebody would sell a gently used bag and only once it's being used by me will the flaws come to light and it may go beyond the return window before that happens. Which is OK if you buy from the store but after the return window with consignment?? I'm pretty sure you just have to take the loss :/
