Book Tote

The other day I took my personalised book tote out from where I had stored it and in the corners I noticed some orange glue stains on the canvas. I managed to rub some of it off but wanted to know what the latest info is about Dior's response to the glue/staining issue. Its definitely noticeable as I have the gray/grey oblique pattern medium book tote so its noticeable against the white background.

Same thing happened to me a week and half ago. I took out my medium BT for a trip, and immediately noticed discoloration around the top half- almost a pink color. I had just used it 3 weeks prior and it was completely normal then.
My medium BT is a dark beige color, and is barely 1.5 years old. I really love this color, so I’m hoping it’s an easy fix instead of a full replacement 😔.

I have a small BT in white that is almost 3 years old - thankfully that one is ok….for now???

There is no Dior in my state, so I’m also curious what latest info is?

How did you rub it off? With a dry cloth?

if you bought your bag from the store, try to bring it in. i think it’s a YMMV situation but they took my bag back and i got store credit (i had my bag for over a year - but i’ve also spent quite a fair bit of money with them over the last year or two)
