They don't ship international and they need a SSN as a pre requisite to open up an account with them.

since Bergdorf Goodman doesn't have a store in CA, it is my opinion they'll ship it to CA without sales tax.

does anyone know if they give "any percent off" when you open a card with them?

I stopped by Customer Service today at Bloomies, and the manager told me that the 20% off discount with opening a credit card will be in May (around Mother's Day). I wonder if she's being accurate because last year it was in March and November.
