Thank you so much for all of your info. I have to find somebody to open up the bloomies credit card first since my bloomies account is still current. Do you guys know the discount will be 15% or 20%. If I order by phone, they will ship the items to me without shipping charge? What if there is something wrong with the items and I will need to do a return? Sorry for all these questions since I am very very new to this.
I have been calling Chanels to locate some of the bags here in S.F. and I did not get very good help from any of the SAs.

I wasn't charged shipping when I ordered from James at Chesnut Hill Bloomies. If you do decide to do a charge send and find you need to return it, you can take it to your local Bloomies no problem. Even if they don't carry Chanel, they'll still take it.

^ i was just in SF bloomies this weekend asking them about returning a chanel that i had ordered from james in MA. they told me that i pretty much HAD to return it back to a bloomies with a chanel, which is chestnut hill or SCP. the sales associate told me that i can just have (james) arrange for a will-call pick-up from my residence so that i do not have to pay for the return shipping. was the associate mistaken? maybe i should call and talk to a higher-upper. now i am peeved (not really...lol)

she was just too laziness for telling you that. Report her to the store manager.

i will contemplate whether to report her or not. she didn't seem malicious about talking to me and telling me to return back to chestnut hill or SCP/chanel. perhaps she is new...anyway, i will call and ask to speak to a manager and get the confirmed return info policy. gah...

No she must be mistaken. They took my return without any problems. Unless something has changed since then which was October of last year.

SA in NY just told me that there is 15% going on today. She heard that 20% would be possible to happen at the beginning of March. She will check with her manager and get back to me either 4th or 10th. Does anyone know anything different than what I been told?
