was it two toned looking, bag loving mom? i wonder how it compares to the other gold bags esp with the steep increase in price!

Here is what a gold VL looks like. It was 8200.00 on Oct 06.

You can't really see the 2 tone in the pic. the color is lighter than a gold togo. The 2 tone effect is where the flat part of the grain is lighter and the lumpy part of the grain is darker.....I am sorry I am not very good at describing it.

the VL is light in weight and light in color.

I had a gold VL and gold togo to compare and I decided to get the togo b/c I liked the deeper color of the togo.
