Current retail price for 35 Birkin in Togo/Clemence is 6100 Euro if I'm not mistaken.

As for the Kelly, only you can decide if it's worth it for you. The price is definitely higher than retail but these bags are not that easy to get though.
Maybe you can negotiate with the seller about the price? Make sure you always check authenticity before purchasing, you can use the authenticate this Hermès bag thread for that .
