Hermesbirkins, I am unsure for the time being but when I asked two years ago the price of croc-toile is almost the same as all croc.

Slightly less but only 1 or 2K less, not a big difference

It's not hard to get one. Just ask your SA to search for one. The SA works on commission and will really try to find you a bag. It won't be difficult unless you are searching for one with Exotic skins or one-off color/material combinations.

I have no idea why so many people say it's so hard to buy from Hermes. My colleagues and I have never had a problem making a purchase.

I just purchased in Paris a birkin 40cm in taurillon clemence leather for 6,450 Euros.
The 35cm was going for 5,900 Euros.

Just got a 30cm Ostrich Birkin and it was over $17,000 USD....so it definitely looks like there was a price increase.

I'm saving for my first Birkin and I was just wondering, when you order a bag I read that you pay half up front and half when it comes in. Is that even true? Sorry, I know you all seem like pros when it comes to these bags so I thought I would ask. Thanks in advance.
