We only have a Saks here and they don’t have any Chanel bags. The 800 number customer service did say I have to return to the store of purchase too.
That doesn’t even make sense. If your bags had come from a store in another state they wouldn’t say you have to return them to the out of state store. It really sounds like they are playing games with you. After all they’ve put you through I hope you work with a SA from one of the department stores for any future purchases.
