I would call the 800 number and ask to speak with a customer care supervisor and tell him/her your situation and insist on a return label. Covid is still a concern and many boutiques still have limited days and hours of operation. I was mistakenly sent two WOC’s from two different boutiques and I’d only purchased one. One boutique sent a return label and one didn’t. The supervisor helped me out. (Although I had to submit photos of both bags, like I’d done something wrong!)
