BeverlyHills Boutique Not Providing Return Label?

I would call the 800 number and ask to speak with a customer care supervisor and tell him/her your situation and insist on a return label. Covid is still a concern and many boutiques still have limited days and hours of operation. I was mistakenly sent two WOC’s from two different boutiques and I’d only purchased one. One boutique sent a return label and one didn’t. The supervisor helped me out. (Although I had to submit photos of both bags, like I’d done something wrong!) If you want to DM me I can give you the name of the supervisor I worked with.

Earlier this year I purchased WOC from NM. There was no return label in box. I was not happy with the color IRL and a bit irritated return label was not included, even having a deep discussion about the color. I texted my SA and she sent return label right away.
 
Chanel is a high-end luxury brand, they need to do better. Not including a return label is an excuse for not taking a return.
I agree. I understand they want to make it difficult to return things by not including labels in any shipment, but this is one step too far, especially given the price tag. I am really not sure what to do. If the 14-day starts on the day it was shipped, the period ends tomorrow. It will cost more than $100 for me to make it back to that store.

I wonder if any other SA can help me with this return. I am willing to purchase another flap in return. :sad:
Is there something you’d want to exchange it for? If so you might find a store like saks or Nm will help you out. saks chanel has been the best to deal with during Covid. Neiman has also been pretty helpful. I was even given courier service pickup for an exchange where I had purchased a bag from a stand alone boutique and wanted to exchange for a different color that Nm had.

but if you’re not wanting to exchange, i would keep pressing for a label. Did you call the manager or 1800?
 
That can't be right, especially during a pandemic, that they are refusing to provide a return label. I have had boutiques provide return labels in the past, just as recently as last year. This isn't right, unless this is something very new.

Things are absolutely crazy for the Rodeo Drive boutique. It is completely demolished, gone. I believe that Chanel is in a temporary location on Wilshire Blvd. I would refrain from ordering anything from Beverly Hills right now.

That is really nice. I would love to exchange it for a square mini, but those are hardly available. I called the 800 number and requested a call back from the store manager. Got a call back from customer service manager Melinda instead and she repeated the same thing the SA told me. If a Saks or Neiman has a square and an SA willing to help, I would love to do it.

That is good to know. I got put in contact with that store when I called Chanel customer service looking for a square mini.
 
I’d call and ask if you can return it to one of the leased stores in Nordstrom’s, Neiman’s or Saks. Depending on if you live north or south of BH‘s one of those stores might be less of a drive.
We only have a Saks here and they don’t have any Chanel bags. The 800 number customer service did say I have to return to the store of purchase too.

It may be best for you to just fed ex the bags back even without the return label. If you cannot shop in person, it may be best to repurchase from a department store which will facilitate a return. Good luck and fingers crossed that it works out for you!
