Another vote for L'Occitane hand cream - I love the scent. I wish I could find perfume in this scent. I always have at least 3 tubes stashed between home, work, car, etc.

Nothing has worked better for me than Hand Food by Soap & Glory. I have notoriously dry, cracked hands in the winter and this has worked wonders!
