So far the best hand cream I've ever tried was Secret Key's argan oil steam cream (its for hands & face). It is very rich, absorbs quickly, isn't sticky and makes my hands feel really soft.
The hand creams by Etude House, Tony Moly and The Face Shop are pretty good too. But Secret Key is the best, better than bliss, berts bees and every other random brand I've tried, I keep another tin in my foot care kit too.

I love the Udderly Smooth creams, they make many but they absorb instantly and leave your hands super soft with no greasy feel.
