I just bought this on a whim while at Sephora the other day. Soap and Glory Hand Food. The tube says it is "the most astonishing hand cream ever!" and I have to agree! I loved it so much I went back and bought 2 more tubes.

This isn't a "hand cream", but Carol's Daughter Shea souffles are amazing as well.

I don't know if I'm doing them justice, but they don't feel oily after you use it. It has an almost powdery feel afterward (which just sounds strange.)

If you have really, really dry hands - Neutrogena Norweigan Formula Hand Cream is a LIFESAVER!!!
I second this. A pea size is good enough for one hand. All you need to do is rubbing furiously until the cream turn from white to translucent and well-absorbed. It lasts through a few handwashes. Even my DBF has three tubes of this: one next to bed, one near the house entrance door, and one at work, and still steals my travel-size when he needs as well :p.
