how about something that prevents wrinkles and has spf? (yes, i know it sounds ridiculous).

I have a number of hand creams around the house including L'Occitane, Crabtree & Evelyn, etc., but in the car I keep a tube of Palmers Cocoa Butter Hand Cream with SPF. I always use it when I go outdoors hoping the SPF will help keep my hands youthful. I slather it on to make sure I get enough coverage. I guess you could always just put on your regular sunscreen on your hands then put your regular hand cream on top.

My favorite right now is the Body Shop Almond Oil hand cream. It's a bit greasy but I try to apply it only at night.

My worst is by far the Avene Cold Cream hand cream. UGH, awful awful.

Another vote for Aveda. If anyone has eczema or severe dryness, I highly recommend the Aveno eczema lotion with the light blue cap. I think they make a body lotion and a hand lotion. I bought the body lotion and used it everywhere, including my hands. WOW! Not only were they hydrated (without grease), the lotion absorbed well and my hand looked younger...just healthy, even toned, hydrated skin. I've had eczema here and there all my life and this is the best product I have come across!
