I'm glad they removed it and they just sent me this email today after I reported it yesterday:

They are probably scratching their heads.... "How did this one get thru?!".
This incident is going to make it harder for people to sell their Coach to them outright. They probably thought it was a Factory bag...
 
FYI......all bags on the private sale are from people just like you AND me. They dont sell the "rented" bags on that site, they sell on the avelle site. Additionally, customer service told me that they only rent bags that THEY personally buy brand new from retailers/distributors. They dont rent out the bags that they buy from us.

Since you were willing to come on here, I pose a series of questions for you.

Let's say in this circumstance that one of your members bought the bag in question that was brought up to be a fake and removed here recently.

Who would be responsible for verifying the authenticity if your member bought it from you? You as AVELLE (the company) or the buyer?
Would the buyer (your member) be expected to pay for the 3rd party authenticity verification from someone specific, pay out of their own pocket as well as potentially go to a specific Authenticator (named by AVELLE) for such services?

I'm not sure I've seen these such questions posed and answered on your site, but I as a potential interested future customer would want to know these types of things if they are not already clear cut.

^^ I think the return policy is 14 days, but in the case of a fake it would be anytime (I hope). I would wonder what would happen if the bag was used, then later found out to be fake. WHat would be the procedure then?
