Yes I am passionate about the company because I love Coach purses and I love the whole premise. Thats all. I tell everyone about it. I found out about this website as I am on twitter and wanted to talk to other people about Coach purses. When I saw posts regarding the company I answered them because I have had a lot of experiences with them. Thats it. I was hoping that I was helping someone feel more comfortable with dealing with them because I did and had no problems. I thought I was being nice.

You are very nice, Coachgirl. You're a marketing/public relations executive's wet dream, and I mean that in a good way. You just almost sound too polished, and BBOS is all you've posted about on this site. Join in some of the other fun. :D

I have been with BBOS/Avelle for 3 years. I have bought and sold and rented and never had a problem. The company stands behind every sale all you have to do is call if there is any problems. The customer service team is very helpful and can address all of your concerns.

They dont sell fakes. They take authenticity very serious. I had to provide all the information regarding my bags, (Coach) before they agreed to buy it from me.

The prices are great and the quality is outstanding. Also when you rent check your items, they may have some of your rental fees go toward your purchase. It is a great program and company and I recommend them to everyone. It is so much fun to try items and if I can purchase them great.
Ah, but as shown in this thread they have been known to (try and) sell fakes.

Instead of going through hoops trying to get a refund if they sell them a counterfeit, someone may end up having them civily and criminally prosecuted for selling counterfeits. If they aren't careful, someone might do that and their company could be at risk. Instead of asking for a refund, someone could file both a civil suit in Superior or District Court, depending on the value of the item, involve the District Attorney in the county where they are based, and involve the federal authorities for sending counterfeits through the US mail, which is a federal offense.

Perhaps the authenticators would take it more seriously then and people would actually get their credit cards refunded but that's a pretty big risk for them. It is amazing to me a company of this size is willing to take on civil and criminal prosecution risks by selling counterfeit bags. And they cannot use the ignorance of authenticity defense in any state in this country. They are required to have proof of authenticity before the item is sold. They cannot win in any court of law by saying, "Your Honor, this slipped through . . . We didn't know it was a fake.". Ignorance is not a defense in a court of law when it comes to selling counterfeits and I'm sure their legal counsel is aware of that. This would be a slam dunk for anyone to take on that was sold a counterfeit if they wanted to pursue it in civil court and criminally.

Again, I'm amazed they are taking on that kind of risk. Can you imagine the headlines? It sure would be a different type of notoriety.
