i don't have the pony hair diego but i have the millie version and the leather is holding up nicely still (been using it almost everyday as my work bag since November)

I ordered an Angela today from Barney's and I just realized they didn't give me any shipping info. Honestly, the CS from start to finish was lackluster. It was like calling Wal-mart. I was transferred four times and the four people I spoke to were all short with me.

I ordered an Angela today from Barney's and I just realized they didn't give me any shipping info. Honestly, the CS from start to finish was lackluster. It was like calling Wal-mart. I was transferred four times and the four people I spoke to were all short with me.

I had the same experience with barneys! The only email I receiver from them was order has been placed. Then I see money taken out of my cc, I email them twice to get an update to be told its already shipped. But only 1 of two items came... then they didn't charge me for non shipped item and apportioned shipping. But still no notification or anything!
