Has anyone gotten their roccos from OC?

Mine should arrive on the 12th according to Fedex tracking..and yes I think it's better if you call them to get a straight answer. their CS isn't so good IMO...I'm still waiting for my email to be responded to, and I wrote them three days ago!
 
Ok I actually got a shipping confirmation! I'm shocked as last season they cancelled a sage rocco on me. If it ships from NY I'll probably get it tomorrow. If it ships from CA I'll get it next week...
 
so annoyed with OC! They sold me the midnight rocco on Dec 1st. "Shipped" it Dec 3rd and today (after they charged my card) I call them to see whats up bc the shipping was never updated and they OVERSOLD it! WTF! They are giving me a black rocco at the same price but I really wanted the midnight! I asked for a shipping refund and he said "we'll see". Thats such crap! Sorry for the rant haha. So I am waiting in a black rocco now!!
 
Which black Rocco are they giving you??? That would be a pretty decent steal (even though I know you were waiting for the midnight.. ) to get a black one on sale

hahah I'm not even sure! It will be a nice surprise. he said its similar to the one on their website (the one that's posted is the gold cupcake studs - might be RG) but it's not the same one. It might be the classic gold bullets!

Problem is that I HAD that one and sold it because I'm not crazy about the gold. BLAH

I tried to purchase their AW RGH Rocco on the 13/11/11. They "shipped" it same day. I had been watching the tracking and by the 18/11/11 I decided to contact them as it has not been "picked up yet". This was the response they provided:

Sorry for the delay, but I just checked with our shipping department regarding your order #40377. They mentioned that your order still has not been picked up, because they noticed the Rocco they were shipping had BRASS hardware. We do not have the Rose Gold Rocco (pictured online), did you still want us to ship you the one with BRASS? Let me know and they can ship your order ASAP!

I said NO and that I would like a refund. They asked me another 2 times whether I wanted the brass (as they obviously just wanted the sale).

I re-contacted them on the 22/11/11 as I still had not been given a refund. Two days later I was finally given my refund!

And what is more insult to injury - They still have the AW RGH Rocco online for purchase!

I was severely disappointed that they didn't contact me when they discovered they didn't have the item in stock.

Don't think I will be using Opening Ceremony again - That will be my first and last time!!

OMG I know they still have it on their site! Its ridic!

I'm going to call their CS person and complain. I don't know how you can charge a card without shipping something. We'll see if I get refunded shipping. And I'll prob wind up returning the bag they send me.
 
I was refunded shipping as it was their mistake and they even offered me free shipping on an order over 400 dollars before the end of the month if I later decided to purchase something. Yeah I would be contacting them if I were you. Tell them that this is now the second time you know of that this has happened. A friend of mine said they were not good at updating stock quantities - which is very obvious!
