I was refunded shipping as it was their mistake and they even offered me free shipping on an order over 400 dollars before the end of the month if I later decided to purchase something. Yeah I would be contacting them if I were you. Tell them that this is now the second time you know of that this has happened. A friend of mine said they were not good at updating stock quantities - which is very obvious!

ok so my rocco arrived. It is the black/brass (score got it on sale!) But I really really wanted silver HW. I may or may not keep it. I'm so annoyed with OC.

Ack they did that to me! When i ordered my Darcy the stock photos on the website were of the version with the brass bullet studs, when it arrived it had the rosegold cupcake studs, my husband REALLY chewed them out about it aswell, they promised that they would never make the same mistake again, seems that they haven't bucked their ideas up as promised, i know personally i will never use them again, so sorry that it happened to you hun.
 
Omg, so I had a similar experience with Barneys (as per usual they stink at updating stock on their site).. so for some reason they had $349 Roccos show up and I nabbed one not getting my hopes up because they always have wonky things happening on their site. No update and no charge on my CC for a over a week, so I followed up with an email. No reply back.. so a couple days later I followed up with another email. Receive reply back on second email saying it's taking a while because bag needs to be gotten at flagship store etc etc. I got excited thinking.. well if they are replying to me that means I'll probably get it right? Then, someone replies to my first email, saying something similar. Now I'm thinking they'll definitely send it to me...
 
Nope, receive email over the weekend saying that my order has been cancelled (mind you I made the order on 12/1).. due to payment issues. I write back to them my disappointment and that I double checked my payment and the information was correct. Receive email back stating that the email was a mistake, the reason why I wasn't getting it was due to insufficient stock and that they contacted IT regarding the mistake in the email. I wrote back saying, seriously... 2 emails saying that they had the stock and they just needed to get it.. pretty sure there is something wrong with that....

Anyway.. annoyance towards Barneys.. I didn't even have my hopes up in the beginning because i knew something like this would happen.. :cursing:
