Authenticate4U.com experiences?

A week ago I paid A4U through Paypal and have since then sent several emails with pictures of the bag, and have gotten no reply.
I don't understand why they choose to do business this way. If they are sooooo busy they should hire more people to at least let people know that they have received the money and pictures and are working on it.
Two years ago I emailed them and received immediate response and directions on how to pay, it did take them a week to tell me the bag was authentic but at least they told me that they were working on it. I guess for the past two years they have grown their business so much that they don't care about customers as much anymore.
I have not used facebook since graduating college and I don't plan on using it anytime soon, now because A4U is not responding to emails I have to go through the hassle of registering a facebook account to contact them? That's ridiculous.
Btw to be fair, the bag that A4U authenticated for me two years ago was indeed authentic, later I have taken it to Chanel to repair a stitch and Chanel gladly repaired it for me.

How long have you been waiting? Did you try reaching out to them on their FACEBOOK page?( If you have access to FB)

I waited about a week to cover everything. As we have a huge time zone difference, I missed a few days. Also, i found out that they don't reply to their facebook messages unless they are actually open. I thought that they would check them in the morning and reply to what people sent overnight, like I believe people do, but they don't.

Your service levels leave rather a lot to be desired really. You have a website that is still "public" - if you don't want to receive requests that way then take it down or remove the "contact us" form - it's not difficult and would take a couple of minutes. As for directing the emails from that form to spam....WTH?
I'm sorry that's BS excuse #3. 1. Server issues 2. Family health emergency 3. Email went to spam.

Spam excuse is BS. And their "contact us" form is pathetic.
But I believe that I manage to get a way around their incompetence. Hope they are better at authenticating than they are at managing their inbox.

My thought exactly. Not to mention unprofessional. But unfortunately I don't know where else to go. So my plan for now is to make it work.

What are you looking to authenticate as there are other authenticators you can contact.
If you are needing to authenticate Chanel, try Etinceler..
Sorry that you have to endure this but maybe you will get a response if you try
Facebook again.

Me too. I was going to file a dispute through Paypal to get my money back but then I thought about it, it's either going through the hassle of dealing with Paypal and then finding another authenticating service OR going through the hassle of registering a facebook account and messaging them. Right now doing the facebook message sounds less trouble so I'll just try to make it work.

Hi! Thank you. It is a LV bag that is a private sale and I read that it won't be authenticated here because of that. Also I have already requested a couple of authentications here already and I am uncomfortable requesting more and would prefer pay for it if time permits (now I learned that TPF authenticates it faster and more efficient!).
Thank you for Etinceler recommendation. Let me know if you have more!

It really worked for me. When Messaged at the correct hour, the person replied in minutes. If you don't want to register a Facebook account, I can contact them for you and ask them to check you e-mail. If you DM me, I can message them tomorrow morning for you. I will only need your e-mail address. Not your name nor you request.

I have just pm'd you...

I'm using them for the first time. I messaged them via FB and received a response right away. I sent them pics but due to the time difference, they said that they will get back to me tomorrow. So far so good...

I sent them a message at FB at the 8th of April and got quick reply. sent payment and all the pictures of my item and they told it will take 24 - 48 hours max, then for a couple of days they did reply me with promises to give me answer shortly. Since then they ignore my e-mails and FB messages for 8 days, I write them every day 1 - 2 times, still nothing. I am shocked:sad:
