@Monicca this still seems like s conflict of interest to me, given your situation authenticating for s competitor.
If this thread is forbidden for me let moderator to delete my post. I do not promote or defence any authentication service here.
For conflict of interest.... I see such several posts above where again is attacked (from the same group of people/authenticators ) another authentication service and defended A4U no matter that client of this service clarified that he tried all the ways to receive response including FB which is recomended way here for contacting A4U.

To the best of my knowledge, no one else posting in this thread works for a competitor.
I will answer you for the last time in this thread.
I have no any personal interest to post here. I'm here because the thread is manipulated and I'm angry to look it with silence.
My competitor is not A4U. It is another person which I respect and I've never allowed myself to write anything against him. But to best of your knowledge you already know that.

There is no manipulation. No posts being deleted or edited. But a lot of shrill responses multiple times from the same posters which, for me personally, negates what they have to say. And again, I don't believe anyone else on this thread has a business relationship with an authentication firm.

If you use another service that does Coach, be careful which company you use. There's another recent thread discussing megaseller Linda*s***stuff where she used My Poupette and has several fake Coaches.

You need to vet the company's authenticators to make sure they know the brand and know it well.

Because you already tried all the ways to reach them including message through FB my advice is do not tolerate such behavior from their side. Just open PayPal case to take your money back and try another authentication service.
Of course Constance is allowed (and encouraged) to use ANY good authentication service she wants. My suggestion was simply to make sure she uses someone who is known to have authenticators who have expertise in whatever brand she's having authenticated.

Since it's Coach she's asking about (as evidenced by her post on the Coach subforum), my comments in this case refer to Coach. I have personally seen posts made here on TPF where CarolDiva, *****************, My Poupette and another company with a name similar to a large toy company have all mis-authenticated Coach. I don't know their expertise (or lack) in other brands.

So it's important that whoever she chooses know the brand they're doing! And that's not promoting a particular company!

Can anybody confirm if authenticate 4 u is still going? I have had no communication And thought at least a confirmation of receipt of photos was at least a common courtesy after paying in advance

Have you tried reaching out on their FB page?
If time is of the essence ( as in dispute) you may have to reach out to another
authenticating service.

Hi thanks. It's ok bag has been authenticated here but I have enjoyed using this service in the past and also wanted their opinion. I just thought a courtesy email or auto reply was common practice

I have always been impressed with A4U's unsurpassed level of scrutinizing images for accuracy. Therefore, I understand that it will take some time for authentications. They have helped me in so many ways that I will always use A4U as our go to for authentications. However, I have had a gap in correspondence from them and was just curious if anyone else has received finalized authentications over the last month or so. Can anyone report if they have received anything? Hoping this is just a large temporary backlog, rather than moving towards a shut down. Nobody else does what they do across so many brands at such a value. Will continue to be a fan regardless. Hoping for some good news soon.

I had a similar experience last month, sorta forgot about not getting a final certificate until a couple weeks later when I submitted a new request. I don't bother with emails with them anymore, for me everything now is via FB messenger, and I always hear back. While I was giving them info about the new request I also asked about the old completed request, they said they'd get back to me. 2 days later they messaged me 2 forms, one for old and the other one for the new request.

Hi so seems they are still in business....send some emails and never got a reply :(
First time this happened
Will try over FB

I requested for help to authenticate my Céline Mini Luggage on the 17th march, and today they replied back, and sent me the confirmation and a certificate which states that my bag is auth.

I contacted them via Facebook.
I am very pleased with their service - they def. put my mind at ease! :)

Thanks for sharing. That truly is quick. I'm happy to hear that they are still up and running. I have a feeling that some of the larger volume authentication requests such as mine are backed up quite a bit.

Yeah, it was really quick and efficient  I don't know in which form you have contacted them by, but I will most highly recommend you to try facebook. Actually, today I asked them another question in addition to my Céline and no longer than five minutes later , they responded and answered my question. I am very pleased with their service!
Good luck
