@Monicca this still seems like s conflict of interest to me, given your situation authenticating for s competitor.

I will answer you for the last time in this thread. To the best of my knowledge, no one else posting in this thread works for a competitor.
If you use another service that does Coach, be careful which company you use. There's another recent thread discussing megaseller Linda*s***stuff where she used My Poupette and has several fake Coaches.
You need to vet the company's authenticators to make sure they know the brand and know it well.
Of course Constance is allowed (and encouraged) to use ANY good authentication service she wants. My suggestion was simply to make sure she uses someone who is known to have authenticators who have expertise in whatever brand she's having authenticated.Because you already tried all the ways to reach them including message through FB my advice is do not tolerate such behavior from their side. Just open PayPal case to take your money back and try another authentication service.
Can anybody confirm if authenticate 4 u is still going? I have had no communication And thought at least a confirmation of receipt of photos was at least a common courtesy after paying in advance
Hi thanks. It's ok bag has been authenticated here but I have enjoyed using this service in the past and also wanted their opinion. I just thought a courtesy email or auto reply was common practiceHave you tried reaching out on their FB page?
If time is of the essence ( as in dispute) you may have to reach out to another
authenticating service.
I had a similar experience last month, sorta forgot about not getting a final certificate until a couple weeks later when I submitted a new request. I don't bother with emails with them anymore, for me everything now is via FB messenger, and I always hear back. While I was giving them info about the new request I also asked about the old completed request, they said they'd get back to me. 2 days later they messaged me 2 forms, one for old and the other one for the new request.I have always been impressed with A4U's unsurpassed level of scrutinizing images for accuracy. Therefore, I understand that it will take some time for authentications. They have helped me in so many ways that I will always use A4U as our go to for authentications. However, I have had a gap in correspondence from them and was just curious if anyone else has received finalized authentications over the last month or so. Can anyone report if they have received anything? Hoping this is just a large temporary backlog, rather than moving towards a shut down. Nobody else does what they do across so many brands at such a value. Will continue to be a fan regardless. Hoping for some good news soon.
Hi so seems they are still in business....send some emails and never got a replyI had a similar experience last month, sorta forgot about not getting a final certificate until a couple weeks later when I submitted a new request. I requested for help to authenticate my Céline Mini Luggage on the 17th march, and today they replied back, and sent me the confirmation and a certificate which states that my bag is auth.
I contacted them via Facebook.
I am very pleased with their service - they def. put my mind at ease!![]()
Thanks for sharing. That truly is quick. I'm happy to hear that they are still up and running. I have a feeling that some of the larger volume authentication requests such as mine are backed up quite a bit.
