my first and last time. already sent pictures and money to Castira and opened PP case to return my money from a4u. never again

Good for you, it simply astounds me the hoops that some people are willing to jump through for this company. I don't care how "accurate" they are, there are other companies out there who also authenticate and are quite good at what they do however there are a few on here who keep funneling business her way.....personally I don't have the patience for that lack of customer service.

so true

I sent them a message at FB at the 8th of April and got quick reply. sent payment and all the pictures of my item and they told it will take 24 - 48 hours max, then for a couple of days they did reply me with promises to give me answer shortly. Since then they ignore my e-mails and FB messages for 8 days, I write them every day 1 - 2 times, still nothing. I am shocked:sad:

Sad & disapointing but not surprising & best to file with PP to get your money back

Got my reply today  First time using them, I guess I just lucked out. Sorry for everyone else that has had bad luck with them
I'm glad it has worked out for you!
Hopefully A4U is reading this thread and will take all the constructive criticism to heart in order to make a change for the better. It would be a shame to see such a reputable company (in the sense of accurate authentications) go under, just because of its underperformance in the customer service department.

A4U is still one of the authentication services we recommend in the ATC thread, so hopefully they won't continue to disappoint.

It really worked for me. When Messaged at the correct hour, the person replied in minutes. If you don't want to register a Facebook account, I can contact them for you and ask them to check you e-mail. If you DM me, I can message them tomorrow morning for you. I will only need your e-mail address. Not your name nor you request.

Thank you anairam1980! I was able to create a facebook account and get a hold of them. Everything worked out fine in the end. Thank you for your kind offer!

Here's my update:
I messaged them via facebook and got a reply within 1 hour. 2 days later they requested for more pictures which I provided. Then a few days later I messaged them again and got a reply saying that the bag is authentic and that they will send the official authentication via email later.
So here's what I find out:
They only reply to messages sent during their open hours, and they do not open during the weekend. So I usually message them in the morning (US EST) and they always reply during this time.
Anyway I'm glad everything worked out fine in the end. Hope this helps.

Me too! I was worried I was going to have to wait awhile...worked out well. Thank you for the recommendation!

They were responsive until they got the payment. Then I sent the pictures of my item, and since then, whole week already, I can't get in touch in any way. Not answering phone, mails, FB messages, nothing. Didn't even say if they just need more time, anything...
I'm quite surprised there are people here who claim received authentication in a day or two.

I'm writing here, because I really don't know what else could I do... :(
