Castira is another authenticator for Gucci.
Need help, I have paid for picture review at Castira but never have any email to confirm my order and also I been email them but not hear anything back yet so just wonder if they still issue?

I got an email from A4U that their systems were back up and they were processing the back log of authentications two weeks ago. I sent an email to make sure they got my two requests from two weeks prior to that and have not heard a peep. I guess at this point it's been at least 4 weeks I should just request my money back.

Hello. I have used Castira several times and they were pretty prompt. I got results from them within 3days from the time I paid. After payment and email you should have received an auto reply response telling you how and where to send the pictures? If not, just email back with your Payment transaction ID# then the pictures.
