Its encouraging to hear that you got a quick response from them! :) I haven't heard back from them yet but I think they had a short day last Friday so they're probably very busy processing through the orders. I'll keep you guys updated with my experience once I hear back from them!

Since they use different authenticators who are experts in different brands, the speed of results can vary depending on how quickly each authenticator responds, how much research is involved to determine an accurate verification, how the authenticators' time and real-life allows, what timezone the authenticator is in, etc.

Some authenticators are faster than others.

I had purchased a preloved designer bag from a reputable consignment store last year, but just in case I had it authenticated by authenticate4u. They were very thorough, and requested some extra pics from me, and I had my confirmation that it was authentic two days later. I was impressed with their professionalism [emoji3]

I have contacted Authenticate4U asking for some information however, after the automated email I received from them, it's been 4 days and I haven't heard back.I tried calling them today but I was immediately redirected to a mail box. Is this normal? Do you know if there is something wrong?

Hello! I buyed a Celine luggage mini yesterday and paid almost 70% of the original price, and now im so scared because i maybe think this one is not real. Can anyone help me? Where do i post pictures?

I submitted a new Chanel New Boy months ago. I had to produce more pics once I received the handbag. No response.

A few weeks later I reached out again via email and it said something along the lines of the Chanel authenticator being very very sick.

I still have yet to get any response. I'm so sorry that someone is ill, but a business must go on IMHO.

I'm like 99.9% sure my Chanel is authentic. But I just can't bring myself to carry it until I get that authentication. At this point I think I'll give up on A4U.

I just can't believe they expect customers to put up with this. It's always some excuse. Geez, if someone wants to start a business, here's your opportunity. Look at the demand. If anyone ran a decent competent service A4u would be out of business in a month, or less.

Thank you for saying this! For the life of me I can't understand why people here are still advocating for this "business".....because at this point it doesn't seem like a business at all.
And why so many are willing to spend their money without any result is even more confusing.

Just sad.
