You might try sending emails through ebay to *vanessa*loredano* and nestegg46. Both are Hermes scarf experts and might authenticate.

Does anybody know how long it takes to get a 'real' respond from authenticat4you?
I sent them a message on saturday but all I got till now is an automatic reply that they do not work
during the weekend and that they will contact me 'as soon as possible'.
But today is already wednesday :wondering

I'm having the same problem 
I sent a request for authentication last monday but I still haven't heard from them. I read that Authenticate4U is a very reliable and best place to get items authenticated so I'm little bit disappointed. Does anyone know any reliable trusted Authentication Services that specialize in LV items?

Unfortunately there is nobody else that is as well regarding for LV as A4U. Carol makes too many 'oopsies' for my liking and don't even get me started on AF. Yonnit is another hack.
The only thing I can think of, which is not excusing the lack of communication, is that they are undergoing a system change and may be off line more than they first figured.....on their FB page, it was posted that they were closed and off line all weekend....maybe there were unforseen problems?

The thing is-I am not shure if I understood how the procedure goes...:shame:
I contacted them without sending money via paypal-I just asked for a reply and thought
they will send me an invoice...
May be I'd better sent the money with the mail...???
The bag I'd like to have authenticated is still a 'neutral'-nobody knows if it is authentic or not and so I just asked for a 'presale' authentication and then-if it is Fake-I'd needa statement for a paypal claim...
