Here is the thing.
I placed an order on Feb26 for an email evaluation to a Celine Nano Luggage and then they replied "We are currently dealing with a large backlog - but please rest assured that we will be working behind the scenes in an effort to assist you. We will provide evaluation just as quickly as possible. "
I can understand the large backlog. But how could an email evaluation take up to 2 weeks?! I have started doubting that they will never reply me... I have send several email to ask an estimated date for the result but nothing came to my inbox, even spam. I am soooooo disappointed and advice you don't use authenticate4u. Too slow and never respond. You will be tortured.
You might want to try checking their Facebook page..
I have heard that people get fast results by writing to them on Facebook

I don't know. I do know that I would be wanting a more accurate accounting from them than "just as quickly as possible".
I totally agree! I would like my item authenticated as soon as possible as it was supposed to be a "pre-sale". I have it on this forum too but there has not been anyone on to authenticate for a few days now. I don't know where else to go for an authentication?
Some forums are more active than others and some only have one or two people who authenticate. Fakespotters was mentioned in the Prada Forum since the saffy totes are no longer being authenticated there.
Does A4U have multiple authenticators with expertise in different brands? If so, why does the business fall apart every few weeks when Leslie has an issue? I just really don't understand how they have such a loyal fan base here on tPF given their continual set of issues and seemingly poor customer service unless tPF and/or members here are somehow in on it? Also why is Lescoy allowed to come here and promote/reference her business when others cannot?
