I just wish that the site would give some kind of idea of turnaround time. This doesn't matter quite so much if you have the item in your possession, but matters greatly for eBay auctions.

If there are active authenticators on the respective brand's Authenticate This... thread, I would suggest trying there too. I've only ever used the LV & Celine threads, but everyone on them is very helpful.

Unfortunately no one has authenticated in at least one of the AT threads in over a month.

Just heard back from Lesley about an authentication - super nice message, and very helpful. While it would be nice to know a rough estimate of turnaround ahead of time, I would definitely use them again, and recommend them.

Hi PF'ers,

Does anyone know if they are experiencing any issues/delays in their services? I sent an authentication request & payment on 12/11 and it's 12/15 today without any response. The purse in question is in an ongoing auction which ends tomorrow. Not sure what to do if the auction ends before I hear from them.

Keep in mind that you submitted your request right before the weekend and during a busy (personal as well as professional) time of year.

IrisCole, do you mind letting me know how long it ended up taking them to authenticate your item? I would really like to use Authenticate4U, but need a really fast turn around.
