Oh my, i dont think i mentioned anything about wanting refund or anything. If im not happy or anything i dont have to wait for almost 2 weeks to ask for refund or ask help here. I've used authenticate4u alot in the past and they always get back to me within 3 days. Im just worried because everytime i sent email, I always get reply saying that my email cant be delivered. The replies are from the server not from authenticate4u, that's make me more worried. That's why im asking here if anyone from authenticate4u here can let me know if my request has got thru or not.
Yes, im aware that the owner is sick, but i dont know that only the owner can help me. I thought there might be any other authenticators who can help me check if my email (request) has been received by them.
