She could not access her mailbox so it probably overflowed. Give it time. I think everything is filtered through her only.






Oh my, i dont think i mentioned anything about wanting refund or anything. If im not happy or anything i dont have to wait for almost 2 weeks to ask for refund or ask help here. I've used authenticate4u alot in the past and they always get back to me within 3 days. Im just worried because everytime i sent email, I always get reply saying that my email cant be delivered. The replies are from the server not from authenticate4u, that's make me more worried. That's why im asking here if anyone from authenticate4u here can let me know if my request has got thru or not.

Yes, im aware that the owner is sick, but i dont know that only the owner can help me. I thought there might be any other authenticators who can help me check if my email (request) has been received by them.

Below is the replied that i received from the server everytime i sent authenticate4u emails.

"This is the mail system at host ofagrave02.b.hostedemail.com.I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below."

That's the type of message you'd receive when a mailbox is full.

She posted here saying she was ill and without access to her mailbox so she's unable to empty it.

A4U is reputable and won't steal your money without something in return. She's ill and I'm sure she will respond as soon as her health allows it.

The owner has been sick and in the hospital.

I saw all these posts about the owner being sick ....but I've been told she is active elsewhere so we'll see what happens with the website soon.......

If she is sick I wish her well. I have had good luck with authenticate4u in the past - and have defended her reputation on more than one occasion when the server was acting up last year but honestly so many complaints as of late.
My last experience with authenticate4u was disappointing so I will have to shop around next time if I need to have a bag authenticated.
 
I tried to contact them now. I got 2 autoresponses back. One mail said: Your message to <[email protected]> was automatically rejected:
Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)
The other mail said: Thank you for your mail. I will respond to you soon.

"As our service is still not up and running due to health issues we can advise they refunds have been made to clients. Anyone with an outstanding request should contact us here in order that we can assist.

PLEASE - our payment section is disabled for a reason but clients are still making manual payments - these are being returned.

We will update prior to the weekend."


"emails will be bouncing as that has not been addressed. I've taken the opportunity to switch to a larger capacity mail service but it hasn't all gone through as yet. I'm hoping it will do by the weekend. '

I'm so sorry to hear she is sick again. My goodness! I hope she gets better. I'm sorry to ask this given the circumstances, but does anyone know how to submit for a refund? I had paid her a month ago, and I haven't received a refund yet. I tried reaching her both on email and facebook but obviously given her condition haven't heard back. If anyone knows if she has a system to reach her for refunds, I would appreciate any advice. Thank you very much!

Update: I just tried reaching Lesley again through Facebook and through that new email address. Thank you for posting that link, Noshoepolish. I feel so badly for Lesley. I hope she gets back on her feet soon!

For those who insist on accusing Lesley of ignoring their emails, "stealing" their money, blogging even though she's sick, etc., this is confirmation that Lesley is not dishonest and is doing her best to keep up with her clients even though she's ill.
