It is actually crazy, because I do not want to use any hack service, I want a service that will have good reputation on both expert and service level - like Etinceler for Chanel. It is hard to understand why a4u wouldn't want to be one.

Yes, I posted my opinion and the information I have - it is up to the owner and customers to decide what to think/do about it.
 
As I am still not at home I do not have access to email system I do not take email,on my phone as I find it too difficult to deal with ie small etc
I am also aware they the email system may be full but until I can log onto PC I cannot rectify this

With regard to my posting on my personal FB page that is not something which I will comment upon.
With regard I any unanswered emails or lack of communication I will advise that we have historically had issue with email due to the capacity and the fact that error messages have gone out to clients which lead them to believe they their photos have not been received. Thus then in turns brings more mail into the inbox. Double whammy. We are not able to have a larger capacity mail and therefore we do need to find alternative mailing systems

However please bear in mind that our Fees currently charged are low and in reality to provide appropriate admin cover and full assistance we will require to substantially increase these fees. Given that the $7.50 fee is already questioned by some as too high - what do we do?

As stated in my previous post anyone who has made payment and received in service will receive a full refund. That is not a problem. What is a problem is that I am reading what appears to be a semi blown war and I do feel that it might be best to revert to normal in that this is not a,slanging match.

I am well aware of the situation but as I am currently in a private clinic under medical care - and if I am posting on my personal FB page then it is out of boredom - also those who do scan my personal FB page should also know that my mother has had a mild TIA and is also under medical investigation.

AFU is. My responsibility but I was admitted due to medical need and not due to any other reason. If anyone questions that then please feel free to PM Mr and I can give them full details.

It is a shame that you posted out of boredom only on your personal page, but waited until now to update A4U customers or here, as I believe it would have prevented the confusion and unhappy customers. I hope you will be well and recovered soon and will not have to deal with disappointment and complaints anymore.

Update was made on AFU FB page once my situation was clear. Posting in the Forum is not something which would be done. Whilst it is appropriate and allowed to defend your item/sale or whatever it is against Forum
Rules to actually 'tout' and therefore making a post here could, and may well have been viewed as solicitation and this can lead to a member being banned.

I am unable to access AFU email as it is live on my home PC and this is a security feature of our system. It is live on my home PC as I had not expected to be taken so ill as to be admitted. One thing this has shown is that one doesn't ever know what is round the corner. We should all take each day as it comes.

I have made my situation clear and will not make further comment. This is not a 'sales pitch' not a breeding ground for ill feeling.

Rest assured clients will be refunded and each will be offered a free of charge evaluation for future use as a goodwill gesture due to our inability at this time.

If you personally have any further issue then do contact me via Private Message at which time I will be happy to discuss.

Again - thank you for your kind wishes.

I must admit that I am surprised to see you say that, because you are the first one here to call people out on their inconsistencies, lack of delivery or service. Nowhere in my posts have I misinformed or tried to sway anyone's opinion other way, but simply stated the facts about the conflicting no contact with customers but usual activity otherwise. I have also not mentioned any other auth service - as I am only a customer - and I said that I simply wish a4u delivered as good customer service as level of expertise. How is that an agenda, I am not really sure.

I have replied to your message and I hope the reply will clarify where I am coming from. I will allow myself to quote, for anyone who has doubts:

'your service has such potential and it is a shame that it is getting bad reputation.

I hope you and your mother get well soon and you find a way to come to tpf and read not complaints but praise. Fingers crossed.'.

Perhaps we all need to give Lesley the time she needs to focus on getting well.

She is very much aware of her "business issues" & will address them.

Previous clients that have dealt with authenticate4U & have been satisifed, will do what they need to do.
There is more understanding & tolerance when their are human issues at hand, such as illness.

Posting on facebook or any other social media whether out of boredom or any other
reason, is entirely up to that individual. Personally, "calling one out because they did
post on facebook" with all the particulars & post it on a public forum leaves much to be desired, IMO..

As someone who suddenly ended up in the hospital with my daughter earlier this year I really empathize with Lesley on this. All of your professional ties and even updates to friends and family come second to what's going on in your own life. Sometimes when you are going through the emotional turmoil that accompanies health problems dealing with that sort of thing becomes overwhelming. Posting about the mundane is a coping mechanism. I'm sure many TPFers can identify with that.

I fully understand the frustration with A4U's communication problems and that it could potentially very difficult for someone who has a case open in PP or something. However, Lesley doesn't owe a detailed account of her medical history to justify gaps in service and jumping all over A4U while she is suffering is beyond tasteless.

You ask why I think you have an agenda? (I'd been following this discussion and hadn't commented until your repetitive posts on multiple threads on the same subject.)

For someone whose posts are nearly all on the celebrity, fashion and R&F threads and who rarely posts on the ebay forum except to comment on her perceived impression of the (supposedly) poor service offered by A4U, I see an agenda.

For someone who disputes AFU's claim of illness by stalking her personal FB page and saving and offering screenshots of those posts with timestamps of when the posts were made purportedly to contradict the fact of Lesley's illness, I see an agenda.

For someone who accuses AFU of updating the business FB after having made posts of a personal nature on her personal facebook page, I sense an agenda.

I am afraid I am being painted here way more sinister than I actually am, so I must disappoint you. Anyone with the simplest google skills can find out exactly the same info I posted (it would probably take BeenBurned about 20 sec), and I am most likely not the only frustrated person who made the discovery, but I am the one who knew about this thread, came here and pointed out the inconsistencies. I still believe that being active on social media would indicate someone is well enough to answer an email/pick up a phone/post an update for customers, but of course not everyone has to agree. Take what you will.

This is to advise you that AFU are currently offline due to my being in a private medical centre receiving treatment. I apologise for inconveniences but unfortunately thus has been unexpected and without providing personal details - necessary. I do not have access to our mailing system at this time.

Our Service will be resumed as soon as possible and for those clients who have had difficulty we will, of course, make full refund.

I hope you make a quick recovery.
